If you don't see the OEM unlock setting in developer options then there isn't anything you can do to unlock the device.

What's the Baseband Version on the device? You can find that under Settings-->About-->Software Information

My phone: Oneplus 6

So I'm stuck in the bootloader:crying::crying:
I thank you in advance for your reponce
activate developer options and select usb debugging and oem unlock, restart in fastboot mode connect the phone to a pc and in adb shell write: fastboot oem unlock
After that all your data will be wipped
Have you tried hitting it with a hammer?

I no longer have access to the developer mode, because I am no longer an operating system
Does it show up when you type fastboot devices?
What guide did you follow?
What steps did you skip?
If you see your device in fastboot devices you can go to guides and use the fastboot rom thread to get it working.. That works if you managed to unlock the BL, I'm having a hard time understanding if u managed to unlock it or not...
Don't waste your time
in thinking
reading posts
trying different things
Just Use Unbrick tool, it takes 5 minutes to bring any OP6 back to stock with locked bootloader, then upgrade back to Android Pie.

OEM unlock issue

Is it possible to unlock bootloader without enabling oem unlock in developer options. ( phone is stuck in bootloop).
I can access recovery mode and fastboot.

No mate, you will need to get OEM unlock enabled to flash anything other than a factory ota update. Search pixel bootloop and hopefully you'll find a solution to your issue.
Good luck

If you haven't tried it at all then first try to do a factory reset from recovery. If that doesn't work and if you're on stock and have stock recovery. Download ota: https://developers.google.com/android/ota and see if you can push it to phone using fastboot if you can't access storage of course. And then apply update in recovery. You should be able to boot then.

OEM Unlocking activated in the menu, but in Download Mode OEM Lock still says ON

I was able to activate the "OEM Unlocking" option in the Developer Tools menu and it remains turned on after multiple reboots.
However when I boot into Download Mode, I get:
KG Status: Checking
OEM Lock: ON
What does "Checking" mean in this case? How do I get KG Status to "Normal" and OEM Lock "OFF"?
(I tried flashing a custom ROM anyway but it gets stuck while downloading "system.img" and will not make any further progress.)

You need to connect to Wi-fi not only insert sim card.Maybe you disabled something that was responsible or something.
install adb from here
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588979
search forums for instructions how to unlock via ADB (for example https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help/oem-unlock-t3696038)

I have meizu m6 m711h with:
Android 7.0
Flyme 7.1.2.0G
I am trying to unlock its bootloader but adb is not recognize the device.
Tried with different drivers pdaNet method as well but no success.
Can someone guide me how to unlock the bootloader ? Want to install a good custom rom in my phone.
Update:
I have managed to boot into fast boot mode now adb is recogaizig the phone and fastboot as well but, when I use fasboot oem unlock it does not work.
online tutorials says I should find OEM Unlock option in developer options to make fastboot oem unlock work but there is no such option in developer options.
Hi!Yes,I'm late, but want to say that we can't unlock bootloader on this device. Company"Meizu" don't give this opportunity. Many users from other forums have tried to unlock, but all attempts have failed. OEM Unlock option is absent.

Maybe you find something more in the specific forum for the "old" A series on here https://forum.xda-developers.com/f/galaxy-a3-a5-a7-a8-a9-android-development.4857/
Regarding the fastboot commands you are trying to execute, this model doesn't support fastboot, the OEM unlock won't work at all.
