Samsung A30s stuck at bootloader After TWRP ! - General Questions and Answers

Hello all,
I own a Samsung a30s and decided to root it via magisk, all worked well until I decided to get TWRP on it.
I flashed TWRP via the app and it let me flash through it as my phone was already rooted.
After it had flashed, I restarted my phone and tried to go to recovery, but the phone just turned off, it won't get up, I tried to force restart it by holding down the VOLUME DOWN + POWER button. It turns on, shows the logo, and then shuts down again.
Cant go to download mode as well
HELP NEEDED!!!

Reflash phone's Stock ROM to get rid off of all modifications you applied so far.

Wait until the battery is fully discharged
Or open the back cover and disconnect the battery and then plug it in again
Try booting the device to download mode afterwards

[Q] unable to boot into TWRP recovery

Hi all,
I have TWRP recovery. I was in the middle of flashing carbonRom v1 when I realized I forgot to flash gapps. Flashed gapps, which must have been a bad download. Phone boots up but greeted by "unfortunately, Setup wizard has stopped" and will not let me pass. Also, no power down or reboot to recovery options are available. Power button will not turn off screen (broken?)
Questions: How to manually boot into TWRP , and if that wont work, whats the next step?
Thanks!
EDIT: phone is also not recognized by pc due to debugging settings not being able to be accessed

Access recovery: Turn off your phone (shut down or pull battery). Then hold Volume Up, Home, and Power until TWRP boots up. You may need to plug your phone into a charger in order for the button combination to work.
If all fails you could always Odin back to stock and start over.
When in doubt, Odin out.
Flash the stock ROM and wait for it to boot, then re root it (should take 2 minutes the second time around since you know what your doing, hopefully.) And then reflash your ROM and definitely red download gapps, if you have anymore issues re-download the carbon ROM.

[SOLVED]G2 wont boot to download

Hello as the title says my phone wont boot into download mode. I got the phone and downgraded it and was able to root it. The phone was working perfectly all day, I plugged the phone in at night and went to sleep and i woke up and the phone was booted to recovery (Philz Touch 6) and when i try to reboot the phone it shows the LG screen then goes straight to recovery if i power off and hold the volume up button the phone still goes into recovery and trying "adb reboot download" wont work, it just hangs in terminal and never completes command.

Sounds like you may have to start from scratch and use flash tools to flash stock ROM, start all over again with rooting and whatever ROM you choose.

That would be great. If I could get into download mode.
Mods please delete this thread. Problems was solved. Phone was in warranty. Went to AT&T and got a new phone.

Press volume down while powering on. Does the bootloader appear? If it does, use
Code:
fastboot flash recovery NAMEOFTWRPIMAGE.img
Code:
fastboot boot NAMEOFTWRPIMAGE.img
Backup your data, reboot to bootloader and flash stock ROM before proceeding to flash a custom ROM (or try flashing the custom one directly).

I have a similar issue, as my phone also cannot turn on and I have TWRP recovery.
I had rooted my phone with SuperSU and unlocked the bootloader via motorola's tool. But then due to SafetyNet, apps such as Snapchat wouldn't work (cant log in), and I couldn't download Netflix (totally a huge issue).
So I decided to try switching to Magisk instead, as I heard that uses systemless root that doesnt trip Safety Net. While uninstalling SuperSU (using the built in feature for full removal), I was able to uninstall SuperSU and unroot my phone, but was not able to restore the stock boot image in the process. It was at this point I made a NANdroid backup in case I stuffed anything up.
Because of this, I was unable to flash Magisk via the TWRP recovery, so I downloaded a previous version of the firmware from January to flash back to from here. After flashing this and also wiping the user data, my phone booted up fine and worked, and appeared to be in normal condition.
However, then I elected to download and install the firmware update. This all went well, and was installing, until just at the end of the process, when the phone turned off. It had over 60% battery at the time.
At this point in time I'm still unable to get it to boot up, even into recovery or fastboot mode, so I cant really do anything, or restore my NANdroid backup.
If I plug it into my laptop, and hold the power + volume button down for a period of time, I can hear the USB connected tone (Windows 10), which then switches to a disconnected tone and a "USB device malfunctioned" error message pops up.
I tried leaving it unplugged all of last night just in case it was stuck in a boot loop or something so the screen couldn't display anything, in order to flatten the battery, but obviously I couldn't tell any difference. I'm currently now trying to have it plugged into power for an extended period of time just in case it is actually just flat. The current condition is just a black screen as if there was no power at all, with no lights or anything, regardless of a charger being connected, with the buttons not doing anything (I've attempted holding down the power and volume down buttons together for at least 2 minutes to no effect)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My specs: Moto G Turbo (2015), model XT1557, running Android 6.0.1. Can't remember exactly, but it previously had the latest firmware available before I tried flashing the January firmware.

Totally lost, nothing works can't get back to stock

Hey guys...... i'm lost wih this phone..
I followed the guide on unlocking and rooting the nokia and now i'm stuck.
I followed each step without any issues so i don't get it..
First i unlocked the bootloader
I sideloaded TWRP and flashed magisk
Rebooted and flashed TWRP..... no problems there..
Reboot again and it goes straight to TWRP...
Did a factory reset.... Still boots directly to TWRP
Tried to flash stock rom with OST, selected the nb0 files.... and connected the phone when it asked.....i see a progress bar but it doesn't move at all
Tried SP flash tool, that doesn't work at all, as soon as i connect my phone after loading the scatter file i get an error:
ERROR: S_BROM_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL (2004)
I rooted and flashed many many phones but never had so much issues as with this one...
I hope anyone can help me out, i can get into bootloader and recovery

Just Plugin your Nokia 3 to a charger or USB connection, and try your button again!

My Galaxy S6 (G920f) stuck on Powered by Android regardless of if I flash firmware.

The phone boots to only Download mode. I tried to flash it and nothing changed, still stuck on Powered by Android. I need some help ?. Doesn't boot to recovery or even doesn't display charging screen. If you plug in the charger, it only boots to Powered by Android screen. What could be the problem?

Have you tried rebooting into recovery mode using the buttons (Power/Volume/Home) ? If able to access recovery then try factory reset.

If you cant access recovery or download mode using button combination then good luck. I'd read your post as [once plugged in just boots to powered by android]. You weren't too specific. Details help (rom? stock? custom?] Have you tried leaving it on for a few minutes to see if it progresses any further (past powered by android)? Or what? You can't throw out a general statement and expect specific answers. It's like ... my phone broke ... help.
If once unplugged you cant do anything with button combo then maybe google jtag or dongle jig.
It does boot to download mode that's how I flashed stock rom on it. It was running stock before and had issues with the battery on replacing the battery, it went into a bootloop.
