Does it keep installed apps and data? Have you tried installing Google Play services?
As it was Chinese version so I installed Google services manually now i am afraid that, may be that will not work so i am not upgrading
I assume this will remain something only for the Chinese market.

Any idea's what's going on here? Is the rom dump of what I've got here at all interesting/useful?
probably the security patch...since 6.0 is now out i don't really see this being relevant unless it does/has something retail units don't have

If you went to play store, it should have told you it is not compatible or is compatible with your phone, if your saying your running 2.3.6 most developers today are starting at 4.0 or even 5.1 as minimum for apps since hardware has changed since 2.3
I recently purchased Realme 5i, and when it was updated, the stated latest version is RMX2030EX_11_C.53. However, since I wanted to test out the smooth scrolling feature, impatiently I went to the Realme India software update website to obtain the latest version. It was successfully installed, but then later after further research, I realized that each region has its own intended ROM. Is there a way for me to revert to my default ROM (Malaysia)?

no one answered this... i can confirm if you were able to install lzplay during 2020 then most likely you will still have no issue for gms . i dont have any notification freezing whatsoever but notification for messages comes slow.
i was still able to use google play in emui 12 until i fked it up this week. which i installed google framework and google account manager which ultimate fked up my phone.
Hello guys. I just need to install stock apps on my phone. I live in Turkey and in my country we have Huawei apps but my phone is Europe model so i dont have them. I do not want to use Google's sh*t. Ive uninstalled most of its apps with adb. Is there a way to install Huawei apps because i cant find any source to do so. And if i delete or disable Google Messages will the phone brick? Since its a core system app im quite scared to do.
