Hello all!
I've just inherited a 7.0 tablet. I'm just interested in other user's opinions about the custom ROMs and kernels that are available. I'm looking for some interesting things to do.

sonichd rom and kitkat by @CodyF86 are good rom to try

I am using following combinations
De bloated Stock P3100XWDMK 4.2.2 Rom + blackhawk-next-kernel-2.1.6 --- Super Stable
If you want to try Custom ROM then try following
Sungsonic™ HD Anniversary Edition V-7 : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2081801

You can also try dual boot which is available with the above kernel. I am currently running Kitkat along with Sungsonic.:good::good:

hi guys. Im new here. I got a question. I wanna install a custom rom on my htc one m7. but i dont know which rom is good. I wanna improve battery life, rom should look streamlined and useful. anyone can help me ?

Asking which Rom is best is against XDA Rules The reason is that all developers develop their Rom's with difficulties and lot of efforts hence pointing to 1 rom disrespects work of other rom developer Also what rom satisfies me may not satisfy you because all depends and varies from user to user whether what apps they install , their usage of device , their they way of features they want etc Hence best way is to try the Rom's yourself and judge which rom is best for suited for you

[Q] Good ROMs for Moto G

I know this isn't an important question but does anyone have a favourite ROM that they would like to share? I currently run Cyanogenmod 12 but I'm not so keen on the no service problem.

There is nothing called good ROM / best ROM / favourite ROM
One thing I can suggest
Head over to development section. Try yourself Few ROMs so that you will get a feel of the ROMs performance, stability, features.
To know more info about any ROMs here is the tip.
1. Read 1 post of ROMs development thread once, twice or trice
2. Read at least 3 last pages of the same development thread so that u can know about problems, new features etc.
NB : in fact best ROMs / best kernel are threads restricted in xda

Stock rom + gravity box

lollipop Stock rom by lost101 is great in battery backup and performance you can use gravitybox to tweak the rom for your needs :good:

Custom ROM for SMT595

Hey everyone I am currently using SMT595(2018 model) i.e. Samsung Tab A 10.5 LTE
It has only 3 GB of ram which is quite less and it lags to much
I wanted to switch to custom rom but was unable to find one which I can use for my daily use(I tried lineage OS 17.1 , but it contain bugs due to which I cannot use it for my daily use. )
I have seen many other ROMS but was unable to find link to download one , can anyone help me with the link of other ROMS like Havoc OS , Google Pixel , etc please

Nokia firmware is too slow for this device. Im looking for a lite weight custom rom like lineage os. Is there any chance developers try to develop the rom for this device? Or is there any unofficial roms? Pla share. Thank you.

There are plenty of ROMs available.
Read this and get a Generic System Image from here.
