This is stumping me out. I have a bunch of TWS buds and their mic is not activated when I do phone calls or record audio. I have to install an app called Lesser Audio Switch to force the bluetooth mic on but even then it just reverts back to the phone mic after use.
Any ideas on how I can force P30 to always use the built in TWS mic?

anyone know of an app or other way to get call audio through stereo bluetooth receiver? Most people want to go the other direction and get their music through ear piece or in car bluetooth calling. I want to use my stereo bt audio receiver to accept the mono audio from calls as well. This way i could use the phone hands free when connected to my stereo.
I found this discussion which indicates its not going to work. Interesting though cause i would think itd be an easy thing to just force the call audio through

I have a Plantronics Voyager Legend Bluetooth headset which I use with the Nexus 5.
(Almost) every time I make a call, the headset first blips and you can see in the dialer that Bluetooth is chosen for sound output.
But just after dialing, the audio is back at the phone (handset earpiece). So I have to switch to Bluetooth again. Then during calls, sometimes the audio is routed back to the phone again.
It always works when you move it back to the Bluetooth headset again but it is very annoying.
Phone has stock 4.4.2-latest.
Any other threads about this? Bugs @ Google? Couldn't find anything..
I guess it depends on the Bluetooth device you're using. My nokia bluetooth headphones work perfectly where as I face similar problems like you when I'm using it in my car.
Maybe try the app soundabout from the playstore. Seem to work (sometimes) on my N4 when I had phone audio problems.
Easy solution to my problem: Unpaired the headset and paired it again, now it works as expected!
I was wondering if and how to use a Bluetooth speaker with mic a two way intercom (speaker and phone as each end)? I want to be able to listen in another room and be able to talk through the device also. Ideas? I currently have a small portable speaker with mic that I can stream audio from the phone to.
I'm not sure what is happening with my Nexus 5 but I have normal sound for videos and recordings but the earpiece doesn't work for phone calls. The microphone works fine, speakerphone works fine, but the earpiece no longer works. I have had to resort to ear buds to have any privacy but that is just a workaround. The sound from the earpiece is otherwise unremarkable. Any ideas?
I've bought a new pair of earphones to use with my Honor 9, however when I try to call someone or talk in a voice chat, the phone uses the audio input from the phone microphone instead of the earphones (I know this because tapping the earphones mic was not picked up at all by the phone). I've tried this with 2 pairs of earphones, and I'm fairly sure the mic worked when I first got it. so I'm almost certain this is a problem with my phone and not the earphones. Anyone have any solutions?
Thanks in advance
