Hello Community. I need your help please!!! I have Samsung s10e. After running OTA update, it ran into an error "can't load android system......." After installing new firmware using Odin, it runs into the same problem. The phone can also get into recovery. I have factory restored it but still the same problem. It has frp on. Finding a combination firmware for u11 android 11 has been hard for me. The phone currently has U11. Here is a picture of the error I am getting. I will highly appreciate any assistance from you guys.

I need some help from you experts here. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 AT&T running on Android 4.2.2. I tried to update the software, it downloaded around 459 MB file, but while installing, it gave a message saying "Install was interrupted, no update was installed". I tried several times even after doing factory reset, still not successful. I then downloaded KIES 3 on computer, but again not successful. Can someone please help me?

I'm not an expert, But it's looks like your county or your mobile network providers don't let you to update on your Android Version (you are saying " I tried to update the software" i guess you are trying to update your android version)
Do your phone already rooted.?
or may be flashing your ROM you can install custom roms and different android versions. but WARNING flashing and rooting can avoid your warranty.

I've got a big problem with my Samsung Galaxy Note EDGE (915FY) running on 5.0.1. I can't update to a newer version.
I tried it via the system updates but it failed, it recomendet to use Kies so i did that but it also failed and rebooted into 5.0.1 again.
I also tried updating the firmware via Odin but guess what it failed, I got somekind of file size error.
Is there anyone out there who can help me ?

Hi everyone, there is this really strange issue with my phone, if i try to update it to the latest Nougat version it will update but will reboot and work for about 30 seconds before it restarts, the phone works well if i stay on the android version I have now (7.0 May 2017 update) but if I update it even just by one version it will continue to have this issue which forced me to restore it back via Odin. Also when I go into my settings and have a look at my storage I notice that it only says that it has 16GB storage capacity which isn't true. I was wondering if anyone out there has had this issue before or knows how to fix any of mine any information would be greatly appreciated. Before anyone asks, no my phone has never been rooted, I have tried factory resetting, I have tried other firmware's from different carriers, I have tried most things but nothing seems to work, please help. So it's updating via OTA and having problems or you're manually flashing to newer versions? And when you flash you're using all 4 firmware files and no just AP?
Hi, I'm trying to find the original stock rom for XT1922-5, my cell phone got stuck on the bootloader screen and it's always showing the messagem;

I've tried so many stock rom, and none of them worked out for my cell phone.
