Soft Brick help.

Hey guys,
i need your help. Yesterday i tried many things to start the OPO because the support do not answer.
So At first i check the battery, the battery is OK and have 3,8 Volt. So then i tried to search the phone on my computer.
I found this guide: http:// forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/help/wrong-kernel-black-screen-fastboot-adb-t2835696/page16#post55129486.
I downloaded all and try to start the MSM Tool but the tool do not flash the phone. In the attachement i send some photos what the phone is found in the drivers.

Sry for the bad quality from the video. You can see that the MSMTool break updating the phone and the Windows sound when you plug out a usb device is starting.
Maybe someone knew the issue and could help me.

After flashing local update my phone go to crash dump mode. My oem unlock and usb debugging turned of during flashing. Then i used msm tool and flash again, after flashing my not booting. Just show OnePlus logo and turned off. What should i can do? Is anyone help me? Does my phone permanently bricked?
I very much doubt your phone is permanently bricked.
To get out of Crash Dump, see https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/stuck-at-qualcomm-crashdump-mode.1316587/#post-22185541
I've found the MSM tool to work really well. Make sure you use the right version for your phone.

Help Brick !

I was downgrading my cell phone via msm, however the download of the img failed and my 8t remained on a black screen, the pc recognizes it as an unknown device but nothing else :C

Even when you put your phone in edl mode, you can't see it in MSM tool?

no, only COM3 is visible, but it makes a sound when connected to the pc and nothing else, at times it seems that it is on because it heats up without being connected.
If it shows COM3 in MSM then it's connected.

I have just shared the test point.
Use something to short the testpoints, then hook the phone with a pc to flash in edl mode

USB device not recognized anymore

I recently had my phone's board replaced so I lost root. Now, I'm trying to unlock my bootloader again, but I keep on getting this error when connecting my phone. Dev option is already enabled, OEM unlocking and USB debugging are enabled as well. Also, phone charges so nothing's wrong with the cable. And I'm using the same PC I used to root my phone, but that's 2 or 3 years ago. Anyone has an idea and can help me?

Potato inc.
Active now
It looks like a defective usb port on the PC or an incorrect repair.
And if you connected in Fastboot or simply to transfer photos, what happens?
