12.1.1.0: Android auto not working, turn off chat bubbles

On new update 12.1.1.0: Android Auto is not working. Just a black screen. I tried re-installing the app. Android Auto was previously working for me (but would never launch apps like Spotify and TuneIn radio, had to start on my phone screen)
How to turn off the chat bubbles? I am using Textra SMS app.

I have the same issues with Android Auto. Tried everything I can think of including playing with permissions, Usb debugging and even hard resetting the phone post update to 12.1.1...however nothing works. I hope Xiaomi will push an update otherwise might have to get another phone.

Ah, I started a new thread on another subforum, I should have followed up with this one, do any of you get this strange popup too?

No I'm not getting that popup. First time using AA too it asks if I wanted to use this USB device for AA, I press yes, but still doesn't work.

Decided to sell the 10 Ultra and get a Fold 2 instead. Lesson learned.

Right? I'm probably selling for OnePlus 9 pro. It especially sucks that no native Chinese/Global phones get good 4G or 5G in USA due to no support for band carrier aggregation.

I sold the phone, getting a OnePlus 9 pro.

Now on 12.5 and still AA not working for me

New official htc U11 system update (2022) available! Has anyone updated already?

Hello everyone,
yesterday (January 4th 2022) I got a notification that there is a new system update (3.31.401.1) for the U11. The notification states system improvement. The size of the update is 403.64 MB. My current system software revision has the same number as this update (3.31.401.1) and is from 2019.
My mobile is running on stock firmware and is not rooted. I have not updated the phone.
Has anyone besides me got this notification and updated yet?
What will this update affect?
Will this update remove the discontinued preinstalled htc apps?

I also got the update and installed it. I didnt notice anything at all. No difference anywhere.

Wow I haven't been on xda in a minute ...I also came here to say I got the ota today as well. I pulled it and it shows 80 mb on my end. I'm rooted running stock. Any idea why there is such a big difference in size of the update?

Somebody is finally talking of this update!
I've been googling since I first received the notification on january 2, but couldn't find any trace of this update on the internet, to the point I was getting very suspicious, especially after reading of the "system update malware" early this year.
I've yet to update my current U11 (and the notification has been pestering me since then) but I did update a second U11 I'm not using anymore due to a faulty sim slot.
Absolutely nothing changed. Still showing the same android version and build.

Mine is 3.37.617.2 IDK why everyone elses is different but here is the update

Stop update to Android 12.

Is there a way to stop the auto update to 12? I had to send mine to Nokia to get downgraded back to 11 cause for one thing, it killed the dual SIM capability. Then, i just hate the UI and refuse to pay for apps to fix the look. I have looked everywhere and all the guides say to go to a certain place and disable them, but that doesnt exist in Android ONE i guess. I dont really want to try a custom ROM cause im sure it wont support dual SIM either.

Find the OTA update app and do a adb edit to disable it. Package Disabler has a variant for model other than Samsung, that might work too.
On Samsung's they look like this, ws.dm is the prime offender...

I would not recommend this sites app to anyone. I tried to buy it last night and 24hrs later, I still have no app to download. I found your post from a Google search. Email went unanswered.

Give them a business day or two... jeeesze. Do a charge back on the card if you must. I've been using them for over 3 years, no worries, as I am now.

Question Does the OOS13 update fix the storage issue in OnePlus 9 ?

Hi, I'm looking to buy a US model LE2115 OnePlus 9 and I saw that many people have storage full issue, Is the problem fixed now ?

Curious about this as well. Went to a custom rom for this reason.

StagOS 12. Developer is working on 13 right now but there's some issues with data and it's still in beta. It comes with a safetynet fix so no need to deal with Magisk if you don't want to. It's not perfect, PNC bank and Netflix refuse to run, but Google Pay and every other banking app and brokerage account I use works. The Microsoft Authenticator I need for work runs without issue as well. It has Pixel exclusive things like AI screen calling. And the system takes up a diminutive 6.1G. OOS12 was sucking down a quarter of my memory and the "Other" folder was growing every day.

Nope, it still seems to use a lot of storage.. I'm going to move to a custom ROM

I think oos13 storage issue is fixed...
I've been using 13 about a few days, It doesn't seem ever reoccurring, original issue was image and audio file system duplicated them as soon as you have one copy on your storage,. Attach my storage screenshot it should be self explainatory .. others category we never get clear answer from OnePlus, but at least is not doubling image and audio..from what I understanding this others could be Color os extra stuff add on top of original stock a13.

My issue, similar to what cp posted, was Other would keep getting larger and larger. According to LTT, it's OOS storing logs that they never delete.

Is this fixed yet? It happened on my old Nord N10 last month. I want to get rid of my N200, should I but a OP 10T or Nothing Phone (1)? r/OnePlus' Discord isn't being very helpful.

Question Pad Plus (TB-J607F) new ZUI 14 issues

Hi all,
I just updated my Pad Plus to ZUI 14 - v14.0343 ST (original china ROM), and I noticed a few changes:
*I had to use VPN to get the OTA update, and after update, I did a factory reset just to have a clean install
- First off, it took me quite some time to figure out how to run google play store, as it didnt allow me to sign in, eventually found out I had to go to Settings > Apps management > 3 dots on top > Google Basic Services > and enable it
- After going through the settings, some things are slightly better, the UI feels nicer, but not much difference, main differences I noticed:
- PC mode is gone, now it only works when you plug an external display
- Some new improvements for the Lenovo Pen
- Improved taskbar
- Some keys of my PS5 DualSense controller don't work, and the right analog doesn't work either (Is anyone also encounternig a similar issue? what about on the Global Rom
Has anyone seen similar issue as above with mismapped controllers on same version or on global?
Also Im considering installing the Global version of TB-J607Z on my TB-J607F, can someone confirm if its better and I see here these versions:

"Global" versions from 607z model lets say they just bad, stick to your zui rom.
