Hello friends
I have long been searching for a theme engine for development Roms for the Xperia M2 device and finally found it. I wanted to share with you.
I would like to mention first that before I do these operations I receive a backup
You can find the substratum application on Google Play
There will be nothing on your screen after you download it. You have to download them yourself. I will use my favorite Pixel Ui theme
If you want to change the theme you downloaded, select them and activate them by touching the pink tie. Restart your device.
I do not accept any responsibility whatsoever you do. It may take up to 1 minute to turn on the device. If you take too long, restore the backup and try another rom.

I am currently using Lineage OS beta 2. I did not get the rom XDA I used. I downloaded the romu from another forum. You will not have any problems if you download from that forum.

This application is also working on the same Lineage OS. The substratum works on the final base roms, brick on Beta based roms.

You can use the LOS 14.1 20170111 version ROM on 4pda. However, you can also use Omni Rom 7.0 Beta 1 on Xda. Results from other Nougat roms bootloop

Yes!!...confirmed..i instaled on LOS14.1 latest 4pda releas and i got random reboot.

This is the Lineage os 14.1 Gallery2.apk with working photo editing.
Installation:
Just download and install the apk.
Compatibility:
Compatible with all ROMs Android 7.0+. (tested on an Alcatel idealxcite running Alcatel stock 7.0 rom)
Does not require root.
I would really appreciate it if you could report in the comments whether the app works on your device.
Why would you need this?
AOSP ROMs like Lineage os and Aicp: already included, you will need to unstall preinstalled version.
Google stock ROMs (Nexus/Pixel and GPe): not included, feel feel to try.
Other OEM ROMs like TouchWiz: not included, feel free to try.
Other minimalistic ROMs (like Slim7) that don't bundle the Lineage os Gallery: not included, feel free to try.

I take zero credit for this apk or the text in this thread. I did not write the code or made the the text you see here - I merely took the apk from a Aicp rom and added in the libraries needed for photo editing to work plus copyed and edited the text from this thread here:https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/cm12-gallery-app-t3026770. All credit goes to the Android Open Source Project and Lineage team plus Brad331. Since I did not actually write the code, I might not be able to solve any of your issues with it.

Another good thing about this is it opens/export RAW file. and Yes it works smoothly on Oreo.

It works on Moto G5 Plus, but it's not able to move between Albums so I had to uninstall it...

Works well ok my Moto Z (7.1.1). You said you might not be able to solve issues. But I still report one. The dialog where you can choose between home screen and lock screen wallpaper is missing. It sets it as both.

It's a very nice app, works fine on Resurrection Remix rom. Unfortunately it only auto rotates picture when the autorotate feature is on... It doesn't have its own autorotate setting.

If your custom rom has a feature to uninstall stock apps use that (like resurrection remix does) or you can try Titanium Backup, it has a feature to uninstall stock apps.

not working on my Nokia 8 ( oreo )

unfortunately it's rather a disappointing app, the UI itself gets in the way of editing, such thick borders overlapping the image itself is out right stupidity.

It's too early and too much to ask for Android P. Devs have already rolled out Oreo roms and like previous times, camera bug is the major one taking longer time to fix. So, sit back and enjoy Nougat for now.

Logo is from LineageOS 15.1. This logo outdated.

Hi, thank you for this separate app. On my son's NOKIA 8 with OREO LineageOS is not available. So by your work he can still go on with his favorite music app and I deactivated the unusable Google Player which was preinstalled..

Very well but still (since ymber.eleven) not pauses when headphones disconnected. Nokia 8 Oreo 8.1

for some reason, it glitches when you go back from the artist view (for example) or, in other words, when a current view shrinks and fades out (cannot include link to a small video preview of it, because I am a new member here). Meizu 15 Lite, 7.1.

For gesture, install Fluid NG.
For gcams, install magisk module Camera2 Enabler, then install THIS Gcam port made specific for Mix 3, Pocophone, Mi 8.
You'll get perfect Mix 3 running Lineage with excellent photo quality, along with stock-like gesture.

Its poco launcher by xiaomi, basically stock launcher with some customization.

Is it even possible for a version with CAF kernel to become official? This breaks compatibility with official TWRP and stock recovery. And it requires flashing dtbo.img via fastboot, where usually (for official LOS versions) installing the zip via TWRP is enough.

Yes, it is possible. I've been shipping CAF kernels since msm8992. Shipping it in the current state is also possible, but I plan on fixing compatibility.

If you have an issue then grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. This is the best way to report bugs

Also, mobile signal is weaker than stock, noticeable on LTE mode, i hardly got full bar even on outdoor.
