HTC GB to ICS Help

so ive been researching for a while on how to get my HTC Amaze 4g to upgrade to ICS. It's rooted, S-On, and unlocked using htc's website.
I tried to "re-lock" my device first so i could use the update, but right after it relocks, the phone wont leave fastboot screen. If i pull the battery and turn it on it goes straight to fastboot, plug it in goes to fastboot.
What do i do??!?!!?
I downloaded hasoon's HTC All in one kit but i couldnt figure out how to install a stock recovery...
I'm pretty noob so can you guys please help me?
Do i put the ph85img first and then relock my device? then let h-boot run that file ? or what....

Flash stock recovery
Relock phone (fastboot oem lock)
Flash rom update in bootloader (rename ruu to PH85IMG.zip, place on SD card and boot to bootloader)
Unlock with HTC tool
Flash custom recovery
Flash superuser package
Done!

[HELP] my P8 Max is Stuck on a Pixelated Screen

I Dont Know How this Happened.
But My Phone is stuck of a Screen that has A pixelated Clock and a Cloud.
I even tried formating. Installin firmware again. Nothing seems to work

Ya its stop n get stuck at 90%.
Adb doesnt work. I have my boot unlocked bt FRP is lock. Cant unlock.
I think i have my oem unlock on also.

Your for sure lying because if your would have flash the full ROM all your data would be gone and after a reboot you had to insert your data in the phone again.

Pixel bricked and stuck in a bootloop. Slot Unbootable: Load Error.

My Dad's Pixel 2 suddenly got bricked. He isn't a tech savvy so he didn't tinker with any settings. I've been frustrated for a whole month after trying all sorts of fastboot commands, including lock_critical and unlock_critical. Device state is locked, and I can't do anything about it. The PC recognizes that the phone is in fastboot, but I can't use fastboot commands to unlock the bootloader. I've also tried the online flashing method but it doesn't work. Is the phone hard bricked now guys? Please help. Thank you very much.

With a locked bootloader you're pretty much bricked mate, if you have a working recovery you could try side loading an ota image to see if it will take and boot you onto the other slot. Other than that it's an RMA from what I've read online re this problem as you cant swap boot slots via fastboot while locked.

Question Pixel 6A bricked after last OTA update (5th may)

Hello,
I was running Android 13 stock image (I think it was the february or march build) + rooted with magisk method explained here
I upgraded to last version. Everything was fine after upgrade, the phone booted normally. So I downloaded stock boot image and patched it with Magisk. After flashing it with fastboot, the phone is stuck at Google logo.
I tried to install last Magisk APK on another phone and to patch again the boot.img, same result.
I tried to flash the stock boot.img, I have a message "Your device is corrupt".
What can I do ? I wish I don't have to wipe !!
I hope so much someone can help me.

Start with reflashing the factory image. Worst case youll need to do a factory reset, but I doubt that will be necessary.

Disclaimer, I don't think I have any idea what I'm doing, so please be patient.
I'm not sure if my phone is updating correctly it says that the android security update is 2022-02-01. surely there has to a a newer update than this ?
Is there a simple way to get my phone to update ? I don't care about features or anything like that I just wanted to be safe

yea, u can download mi flash, download latest fastboot and flash it to your phone. remember: that will reset your phone so make the backup of your files. if you need more help write to me, I will be happy to help you step by step how to do it.

Unlock bootloader, download latest Global rom, flash it, lock bootloader.
If you never unlocked the bootloader you must wait 1 week.

I recently set my region to "Poland" to get MIUI 13.0.6 and MIUI 14.0.something. But keep in mind that I am in europe, so I use the EEA/TJUEUXM stock ROM.

After flashing an other rom and then relock the bootloader, you will brick your phone

If it's stock ROM you can lock it even if it's from another region, what are you talking about?
