1) Start using search before posting questions.
2) Install TWRP
3) Flash SuperSU which gives you root.

If I was you I'd look in android development to see if someone had addressed that problem. *hint* They have. In future you should also identify your model as only the 6039 had issues with fastboot and this thread indicated it was talking about the 6045 so it adds confusion.

Sorry about that if was wrong section. That I very disappointed with one plus they raise the price but don't have the support... cheers and was question and comments...
