Poco X3 NFC Gmail unable to attach attachments. - Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC Questions & Answers

Good afternoon, I need your help. After the last update of Poco X3 NFC I was no longer able to attach files to emails via the Gmail app.
It bothers me because I use email a lot for work. someone with the same problem?
I already uninstalled installed, checked the permissions everything is fine but it won't let you attach. Through the computer either via webmail or Outlook without problems. someone with the same problem? Any solution?
Thanks for Help

seems to have broken something with permissions cause other apps have a similar issue. thinking of just installing a custom rom at this point and hoping it gets fixed

Weird unread mails issue after crash and restart

Hi all,
today my Vox locked up completely so I had even to remove the battery as I could not shut it down. After putting the battery back in I bootet the phone successfully again.
But now I have an issue with my mailbox:
There is definitely not one mail in my inbox, however the home screen (and outlook) both claim still there is one unread message in the inbox.
I have no chance to tell my phone my mailbox is empty and hence this counter should be on zero.
Did somebody else have this issue already before?
Any clue how to correct it?
Where does WM 6.0 (I use the original rom by HTC still) place the mails in the filesystem? Maybe I just have to delete some file there?
Thanks for you help.
This is not really a big problem but very annoying.

Resolved
Hi,
for all that have potentially the same issue, I downloaded the following tool and it fixed my problem.

Can't login in twitter (weird problem?)

So I got this problem with twitter. I try to login but it tells me to try again another time. I tried now for 3 days with wifi/3G but I get the same message. I tried removing the app and installing again but nothing seems to work.
Anyone else had this problem and was able to fix it?
PS. Rest of the apps like whatsapp and gmail/youtube work perfectly fine.
same as here! anyone can help

email app error

This just started Thursday night. Flashed two different roms and got the following message on both roms while trying to sign into email:
Can't safely connect to server. (com.android.org.bouncycastle.jce.exception.ExtcertPathValidatorException: Could not validate certificate: current time Fri Jan 25 06:28::33 EST 2013, expiration time: Thur Jan 24 17:37:33 EST 2013)
I had the same issue. I tried to delete the account and re-setup and then I was really hosed...
I fixed the problem by manually setting up the account and choosing IMAP instead of POP. This solved my issues completely.
Hope this helps you!

thanks. I will give it a try. Using the regular yahoo mail app from the store right now, but looks terrible when every thing else I am running is dark themed.

well it is still a no go. tried this and every option I tried said it couldn't connect to the server.
The problem seems to be that the internal security cert (from the 'bouncycastle' encryption suite?) Is expired. The problem for me was only with sending SMTP. I worked around it by changing the Account settings for outgoing messages, to allow all certificates. Not sure if this cert is on Yahoo our the phone. I'm still running the original 2.3.6 ROM.
It would be interesting to know if people with newer ROMs are having the problem, too.

It just started for me last night and I was on liquid smooth beta 3.2. I then went to Eclipse 3.1 and the latest slim bean rom with the same issue. Today I went back to blackbean 7 and it now works.

If I delete messages they disappear in the app. (MotoG - crDroid)
But if I check my mails at my Laptop(chrome) the mails are still there(unread).
Anyone got this Problem, too. I use the same setting as before...

I've been having a similar problem.
Since I got the OTA update last week, my gmail has not been syncing properly. It'll go 8-12 hours without giving me any e-mail notifications, but then I'll get a notification with up to 30-some new emails. I've tried clearing the data in the Gmail app, I've tried removing and re-adding my google account. Unfortunately, none of this has fixed the problem.
Any ideas?
