After step 5 the phone reboots and there is a message on the screen: "No command".
I can't "Select apply update from adb".
This is a dual SIM 6.2.

Now the sideload fails with this message on the phone display:

I tried to run CWM in System Recovery
but everytime I try to install a ZIP file I

I root my phone with"kinga root".
So I have a Sony Xperia Z3 and i'm trying to flash Xposed framework for Android Lollipop (I run CM12 nightlies) but it fails to flash because it can't verify the signature, I understand I need to turn off signature verification but because the CM12 recovery mode is so basic at the moment, I don't see any option to do so.
Any way to do it through Android itself?

This should be able to turn off the verification in TWRP
Is there a way I can load the image while in SD Card? Because I loaded the recovery and it can only read Zip files @gregbradley

I've downloaded the lastest nightly version for Nexus 5 for installing CyanogenMod into it. The problem is that when I loaded the zip into my phone using adb and the command "adb sideload <file>", it couldn't verify the file and gave me this message:
E: failed to verify whole-file signature
E: signature verification failed

Well, it was simply my fault to not being properly informated...
The thing was that I didn't have my recovery image updated, so it couldn't install me a newer version because it didn't support it.
What I did was simply install a proper CWM recovery and thus, I was able to install my newly CM.

I somehow managed to put the phone into boot loop after unlocking the bootloader. Tried update from sd, throwing e:wrong footer and e:signature verification failed. I'm at a loss. Tried flashing stock, same error. Fastboot wont talk, nor adb.
