(request) looking for root dev, infobar a01

I have been struggling with trying to root this phone, the iida infobar a01.
Sharp makes it, model shx11swa
I am trying to get the boot.img, for development.
It is android 2.3.3 with a custom ui.
I have tried is03break, superoneclick & fre3vo. All of them seemed to work to a certain extent but get held up at the end of each of those processes.
I will provide outputs if asked.
I am willing to either follow directions with adb or have someone go remote and do it.
please help! Thanks.....

Desire S root with stock rom - which way is better?

As the title says: Which is a better (easier) method to root my Desire S and remain on stock ROM (with sense)? Unlock via HTCDev AND (a) QuickRoot or (b) Superoneclick.
I'm:
S-ON, Hboot version: 2.00.0002
2.3.5. sense 3.0
Thank you!
i wouldn't unlock it via htcdev because i'm affraid that if i bring it to repair one day (unrooted) they could have had evidence that it was rooted once and my warranty would have been voided.
I do not have time&will to do it otherwise. Just need root to run a really needed software and I have no energy to read all of 200+ posts on how to root without this apps.
If you would be so kind and write here a step-by-step guidance for me, I would appreciate it. I was sure that if I ask this in forum, people will get angry and told me to read the forum first before asking.
To sum-up: I am looking for the simplest method to gain root and remain on stock 2.3.5. rom with htc sense.
In the same bucket. Let us know when you find out.
I am in the dark with regards to S-Off, locked boot loaders and Hboot versions. I just what to be able to have recovery so I can play with custom ROMs and go back to stock should I have problems.

The problem is that you just expect somebody to do it all for you. If that is what you want then you can pay me $150 per hour by paypal and I will do it for you as if you were a customer.
Otherwise - do what you know you need to and read the damn forum - this has been posted over and over again, with step-by-step guides, so why on earth should anybody do exactly the same thing again just because you are too lazy or too ignorant to want to do it yourself?
If the software is that "Really needed" then it is worth you putting the effort in to understand what, how and why.

well, it's your money...
Thank you. That is why I asked for your opinion on two "one-click" apps and not the process.
Wish you a nice day.

You asked for the process in your second post. Toxic-Hero answered you originally by stating that he wouldn't recommend HTC-Dev as a method of unlocking (especially true as there are other ways of doing so), and you then asked for a step-by-step guide

[Q] A request for help to the Forum moderators, programmers and advanced users.

Guys,
I would like to ask for help, the staff has more knowledge of the platform and the methods of root, flash, etc, to create this post to end the misunderstandings in relation to the Droid 2 and the process of root and flash ROM's.
I had other androids like quench, backflip, Galaxy S and never had so much difficulty in getting success necesse process.
Would you please help create a topic, explaining step by step how to root the 4.5.629 version, and how to install the bootloader on a phone that does not have ROMMananger and have gone through other procedures. For me and other people who are having trouble understanding the steps to upgrade their phones to CM9, or other versions.
I already searched on other forums and even here on xda, but the downgrade process, among others, are not always the details that give no security risk to me and many attempt the procedure. Since many end up losing cellular processes for doing it wrong and failing to reverse them.
In my country a droid 2 costs about $ 500, a galaxy s3 around $ 1000. So I would be very grateful if you could help extend the maximum functionality from this device.
Thank you for your patience guys

There is no totally risk free method of obtaining root, but there are methods now that allow you to root without bricking the phone.
In my signature you will find a link to an EzSbf style recovery and root CD, as well as a root only CD. I can give you no guarantees, but you can read what others have said, and make an educated decision. The link in my signature is to a post that originally had the previous method (required bricking), so many of the responders in that thread are referring to that previous method. However, on rootzwiki I posted basically the same CD, and all the responses are about the new method. That thread is at
http://rootzwiki.com/topic/30900-droid-2-global-root-cd-for-629-not-necessary-to-brick-phone/
The thread on xda is in my signature.
Hope this answers some of your questions.

It is not possible to install a custom kernel on the D2G (nor most other Motorola devices). Its bootloader will only allow the use of kernels that have been cryptographically signed with Motorola's private key.
There are a number of tweakable CPU governors available, see for example http://rootzwiki.com/topic/10911-co...e-interactivex-and-smartass-v2-cpu-governors/
I don't know if overclocking above 1.2 GHz is possible, but with a decent ROM it really isn't needed anyway (we would get a bigger performance improvement from more RAM).

[DISCUSSION] So now you're rooted. What's next?

So, many of us have used the released Engineering Bootloader and have gained glorious root. But what does that really mean for users now? Some of us are stoked about being able to finally block ads with AdAway. Others are looking forward to using Xposed again.
What does root mean for you? What cool apps or toolkits do you utilize with root? I want this to be a useful thread for people new to rooting in Marshmallow or just rooting in general. Post your setup and apps and explain a little bit about why you use them.

[Completed] Visual Land Prestige Prime 10SE (COMPLETE ROOTING PROCESS NEEDED)

Good After Noon,
I've been looking all over the internet for a root process for my (Visual Land Prestige Prime 10SE) I have found one in the XDA form which is Under ([Q] Prestige 10 Rooting And ROM?) Posted by: Xochoa24
I'm fairly new to the Rooting and Custom ROM world so I don't want to make any mistakes by using the process. I wouldn't be very happy to brick me device. I would like to root this device and also put a custom ROM on.
Could anyone give me some useful help?
