Hey I need help my phone keeps rebooting seconds after It goes to homesrceen
This happened after I format it using trwp. The reason I have format the phone is bcz all the apps were crashing, I can't use any apps, the Bluetooth won't work, flashlight won't work and my camera won't either. So I just went to format it via twrp. Now the phone keeps rebooting. The only time it does not reboot is when I am on the set up screen. I am using a Samsung j7
Um what format did you do?
What ROM are you using?

Use ODIN and flash the stock ROM.
Reinstall recovery because ODIN probably would rewrite the recovery to stock.
Is your device the SM-J700F?

Honestly didn't want to hear about flashing it over but I will try it sometime this week. Hopefully I can get a PC to do it cause mine is not working. If you know an alternative please let me know. Thank you. Also I am seeing checking device status on the notification bar when the phone boots
Well you can flash with twrp but you’ll still need a PC to download the rom to the phone and sometimes twrp cant flash stock ROMs. blame Samsung xd

Hi guys, I have had Xperia C from about 2 days. I wanted to root it to change the system fonts and I did root it successfully. But when i replaced the system fonts using ROM TOOLBOX, the phone was stuck at the boot animation.
I do a hard reset by entering recovery mode, but nothing was changed, the phone is still stuck at the boot animation.
Can someone help me please??
Have you tried flashing the phone?
Did you take a backup of your ROM at any point?

You could try putting the phone into download mode, and then use a flash tool (developer.sonymobile com/downloads/tool/flash-tool-for-xperia-devices/) to flash the phone back to stock.
This is a stock ROM: 4shared com/rar/wdOnCZw4/xperia_c_c2305_sony html
It may not be the stock ROM for your phone, you'll need to make sure it's 2305..

You could call it flash mode I guess, yeah.
But before trying a full flash, try going into recovery mode and selecting Wipe data/factory reset.
This will fix problems 99% of the time.
Also, I found a video that might aid you. I haven't watched it, but by the title it seems like it could help you.

Flash the rom in TWRP then before exiting TWRP flash Messi's permissive kernel. It takes about 10 minutes to boot and some features won't work (wifi, hot-spot, camera and VOLTE). Hope this helps.

I've gotten version 2 and 3 to boot on my J7, but the same issues showed in both releases. And yes you have to flash the kernel. Slight differences in the J700F/M/H and our T variant. This is why the Enigma Rom and CM13 (or any other kernel specific build) will never flash and boot without some internal tweaking.

Try this. Take your external SD card and put it in your tablet. Go to Messi's thread for the max kernel in J7T development and download the boot.img not the boot.tar.md5. Finish the download then extract the zip in your external SD card. Put your SD card in your phone, boot into TWRP. Now mount system, cache, art/dalvik, data and internal storage (you may need to format data to access data) now wipe them. Don't wipe your external SD card, so make sure it's not mounted in TWRP. After the wipe mount your external SD, flash the rom, then flash boot.img and tick Boot not recovery before the flash. Reboot and wait. Let me know if it helped man.

If you download the boot.img you won't need Odin. But I prefer flashing tars personally, your choice. It should boot for you bro.

Download This file, install it somewhere and run Revert-2-CM.exe. Make sure you have fastboot drivers installed or it wont work.

Hey. I installed a custom rom and now I want to go back to miui. I flashed with miflash without lock and now the phone shows the poco logo then turns off and on again. What do I do? Flashing a custom rom works but I don't want a custom rom. I'm scared to clean all and lock in case it gets hardbricked.
Do not block it. First of all you need to install in correct form with miflash from a PC the MIUI rom. You're bootloop can be for a bad installation install again and send photos of the process you're phone is not hard bricked but, don't block it.

What screenshots do you need? The flashing succeeds but the device gets stuck in the poco logo. When I tried to format data in twrp to see what's the issue I got: failed to mount /vendor and failed to mount /odm.

Thank you. I'll try tomorrow since I don't have time to setup my phone again today. I'll probably stay unlocked but I want miui recovery to get ota updates.
After that you need to redownload the MIUI version extract from the .zip the folder and install the rom if that doesn't work tell me. I got an AMD Ryzen 5 3600, at the beginning I have the same problem. But installing in that way the drivers healp. Good look. Be in touch.

I've decided to keep xiaomi.eu since it feels smoother than stock miui. However, I'll keep what you said in mind for future flashes.
