Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone use Huawei Powerbank 12000 mAh with SuperCharge on a daily basis. I want to know if its safe keep recharging it every 2 days when I need it. I`m travelling a lot and this battery is so amazing with its charging capabilities and its exactly what I need. I got a good price for it ( 50 euros ) which I think its a huge deal.
thank you

Hi there,
I have a 10000 mAh SuperCharge from Huawei (black one with 20 cm white 5A cable) and been using it for about 8 months to charge my ex P20 Pro and since 6 months my P30 Pro & wifes one. Didn't have any problem with it and used it to give some juice to other devices that doesn't have SuperCharge (i know it because the white led doesn't goes green while charging) and got it charged every day when i'm at work, just in case . Maybe in time, it won't get fully charged because it's a battery and has cells which degrades by time (~ 10000-11000mAh in your case and 8000-9000 mAh in my case) but i can surelly say that there is no problem if you charge it every 2 days.

Only 3 hours screen on time? If yes that isn't normal.
Of course p40 pro battery lot won't be better than p30 pro. Because 5g and 90 hz
No I recharge it for 3 hours when unpacking
I was fed up with garbage batteries of mi5, most are just fake and only charge till 2000 mah, and after few months it dies. i was looking for good quality battery with full capacity, i came across, a website name mobatree, with had good quality battery of redmi 5a.
i had read in 4pda forum in past, that someone has done that by changing pcb of battery, which is attached on the top side of the battery . i got that battery, and taken it to local mobile replace shop, and asked them to change pcb, many denied, but 1 said yes.
and it worked. i had it on my mi5, i am very happy, performance of the battery is like new of mi5. its like 2900 mah on accubattery.
I am attaching images for reference.
Hello everyone
For good 6 months or so, I have noticed very poor Battery Health
I decided why not use AccuBattery and check it for myself
I was surprised to see 44% battery health (picture attached)
I understand i'm not charging it by the 20-80 rule (or 15-85 rule) due to the nature of my duties in the field
Plus I have charged it many times from an 18W Xiaomi Redmi Power Bank, as well
Keep in mind: I used to give the same rough treatment to my trusty Oneplus 6 and last time I remember, after using it for well over 18 months. The battery health was 85+%
1. What could be the issue?
2. Do I go for a battery replacement now?
3. My charge timings actually do reflect a *bad* battery health
Mine isn't much better. I started looking at battery replacement options too. To be fair though it's so low that I did wonder if Accubattery is reading one of the split cells as the full battery.
I'm pretty sure it's only reading one cell, so you'd need to double that value I assume. So 88%. Battery Guru might give better results.
Yep, battery apps don't properly diagnose 2-cell batteries like one installed in 8T (2 cells for 2250mah)
