Some screenies
When I just booted up the cellphone service and the settings have stopped, I thought after restarting it was normal but no, bluetooth won't turn on and the sim card can't be read, no charging animation. Hopefully this problem can be resolved

the long version: i thought Gitaxian was good, but this even better! gps and wifi have been working smoothly enough (though because you got rid of maps, i couldn't test the gps to my satisfaction). the transparent apps were a nice touch (but youtube updated itself and became like stock and now i have both facebook AND purple transparent).

Sorry it took about 36 pages before I gave in my share of the report. Great job on this ROM, This ROM is amazing, So far among the one's I've tried, This definitely hit the check boxes in my book.

- Great collaboration of apps
- Firmware stability
- Apps stability
Some ROM's tend to collaborate what seem's cool, what user's would enjoy, but this ROM has exactly what I need to get the job done. Camera.apk opens faster in the 2.1 release and everything seem's to be in place.

How to Install
BEFORE FLASHING MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP USING CWM RECOVERY
Thank you crazbanditz for the detailed explanation!
Part 1 - Clean flash of XXKPH (Skip Part 1 if you have already on XXKPH)
1. Firstly, Download the link from spacebar's XXKPH Feedback thread.
2. Run Odin3 v1.83
3. Set your phone to download mode : Press Volume down + OK first, then hold Power button.
4. Connect your phone, you should see Odin shows your phone is Added with COM number.
5. Click PIT button and select this file: latona_20110114.pit
6. You should see Re-Partition, Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time checked.
7. Click PDA button and select this file: CODE_I9003XXKPE_CL409735_REV08_user_low_ship.tar
8. Click PHONE button and select this file: MODEM_I9003XXKPE_REV_00_CL1041909.tar
9. Click BOOTLOADER button and select this file: APBOOT_I9003XXKPE_CL409735_REV08_user_low_ship.tar
10. Click CSC button and select this file: GT-I9003-CSC-MULTI-OXAKPE.tar
11. Click Start button to flash these files to phone.
12. Do not touch anything till you see PASS on the program window.
13. Turn off the phone and set it back into download mode once you get an initial first boot to homescreen. Do not set up anything, Just power off and set to download mode.
Note: You only need to flash once to XXKPE before proceeding to XXKPH
14. In Odin, press Reset button. Re-partition should be unchecked automatically.
15. Select file I9003XXKPH_I9003XXKPH_I9003SERKPH_HOME.tar as PDA
16. Click on Start to flash XXKPH PDA to phone
17. Once you have flashed, after the phone started up, press *#1234# and check your PDA,Phone and CSC, everything should ended with KPH
18. Reflash if you find camera does not work.
19. Factory reset
Part 2 -Installation of the CRANIUM rom
1. Install CF Root, you can refer to the post here for the CF Root:

2. Copy the custom ROM into your external sd card.
3. Boot into your Clockwork Mod Recovery
4. Choose install zip from sdcard ==》 choose zip from sdcard ==》Then select the CRANIUM rom to install.
5. After the installation is complete, reboot and you will now have the CraniumRom installed.
6. WIPE DALVIK CACHE
7. Done!
TO install v1.0,download only that file and install
To install v1.1,first install v1.0,and then install v1.1
TO install v2.0,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
TO install v2.1,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
TO install v2.2,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)

honestly speaking... miui, wp7 are kinda overdone...
AOSP gingerbread or sense would be something different for the whole i9003 scene because we do not have any sense based mods or UI mods !!

@sakindia123: I am using TW4.5 since quite some time and find it quite good. It seems like combination of MIUI and ADW (specially when using with vallemod theme). It offers speed as well as eyecandy. Obviously it's my opinion and other may differ. My suggestion will be to include two launchers.. one as eyecandy and other one for sheer speed and robustness. That will satisfy many souls... . Finally its your creation and your choice matter.

Installation Instructions-
Read Carefully-
1) Flash XXKPE
2) Flash DDKP3
3) Download the KERNEL from my kernel thread
Download the ROM (CLICK TO DOWNLOAD)
4) First do a factory reset and Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache.
5) Power Down your device, using Volume Down + Home + Power Button boot the device into download mode.
6) Select 'PDA_I9003_DDKP3_TITANIUM-KERNEL_#3.tar' in the PDA tab and flash the kernel.
7) Once it is flashed, let the device boot.. You should see [email protected]#3 in Kernel Version. This means the kernel is flashed successfully and you are ready to proceed to the next step.
8) Power Down the phone, enter recovery mode by using Volume Up + Home + Power button.
9) Wipe Data/Factory reset, Wipe cache and Dalvik Cache and reboot.
10) Now place 'TITANIUM-S_ROM_V3.2.zip' on your sd-card.
11) Once again enter Recovery Mode, Select install zip from sdcard-->Choose Zip from sdcard --> Select TITANIUM-S_ROM_V3.2.zip' and install it.
12) Once this is done, reboot. It takes very long to boot for the first time so have patience. Once device boots up, the screen will be black for some time, you will only be able to see notification bar. Wait for the media scan to end, then press the HOME button a couple of times.. You will get your homescreen.
13) Thats it ! You have flashed Titanium ROM successfully ! You are done ! Now Enjoy your Galaxy SL i9003
14) There are chances that after first boot, you may face an odd reboot, Do not worry, It will happen only once.
PS: FOR ARABIC SUPPORT Download This and flash via CWM !
Important Notes
Keep in mind while using the Kernel/ROM
1) Do not use any additional init.d scripts !
2) You can flash the ROM over any DDKP3 ROM but I would reccomend flashing clean KPE(PIT)-->KP3

HI I had Titanium 2.2 installed with BAM Kernel v9fix but after release of Titanium v3, I flashed the new Titanium Kernel in Titanium v2.2 and now Whenever I turn on Wifi it shows Error ......... and Now when I try to Flash Back to BAM Kernel v9fix the phone stucks on BootScreen

How to use Xposed Modules
For use any Xposed Modules (Xblast Tools,etc.), you need follow this steps first:
1- Go to App Drawer and open Xposed Installer.

I must say, with all the tweaks and customizations that seem specific for our hardware, or at least performed with our device in mind, I'm definitely interested in giving this ROM a shot as new DD to replace SilverL's unofficial 4.2.2 I've been using since July.
Did a test install and everything seemed to be working real good. Not a huge fan of the terminal-ly looking font (from sense I guess) but I'm sure that's probably configurable somewhere that I haven't bothered to look yet, or in one of the 2 included super customizers.
I'll post up my thoughts if I do go DD with this but in the meantime, I'd love to hear opinions from anyone else that's installed and used so far. Might be my new fav 4.2.2 rom until a fully usable 4.3 (in my head at least) comes out.
Before switching from emmanuels 4.3 version to this i have to ask:
- is the keyboard popup lag fixed when using the hw keyboard?
- if you will update this anytimes...are you considering implementing halos? (Sorry if i may sound demanding...i am not...just curious )

Then I will continue development!
Maybe it was the fact I didn't do a full absolute clean slate wipe before flashing (way too busy to reinstall all my apps and settings manually and I don't trust auto-backup apps) but there was an issue with Media closing on its own when I tried opening camera, and took an act of congress to get it to let me out of the f/c loop. I'll do a full wipe if and when I get time because this looks interesting to me.
You want feedback... will you take feature requests and suggested improvements? I offer them with respect, of course, but you might not like my opinion is all

Sorry, camera f/c is extremely weird, but mostly a small issue and can be fixed. But yes I do take feature request, its fine with me, each build of gimmeabreak is to be unique

Hi all , I bring CyanVision ROM its a mixture of ( CyanogenMod 9 and Revision 2.5) .
The New CyanVision is already present for your pocket plus more enhancements and lighter .
The ROM is an excellent performance , more memory RAM released, without any locking fluid .
A custom rom with excellent Optimizing , fast the way that everyone wants .
Though the bugs found , the ROM can be used without any problem .

Installation tutorial
1 - Download : CyanVision V1.4.zip ( Link order the poster )
First install CWM in order to install the ROM ( Remember to put the file in the root of the memory card)
2 - recovery ( vol up + home + power )
3 - select update from SD
4 - select cwm
5 - select wipe data factory reset / wipe cache
6 - select install zip from sd / choose zip
7 - select the CyanVizion V1.4.zip
10 - Reboot system now
11 - expect to start (it takes about 10 minutes to connect )

No, she is a merged rom with CyanogenMod
So is a Stock ?
hmm ... I think not .
Why ?
Because the stock is crap produced by Samsung .
What makes it different from the stock ?
It comes with CyanogenMod merged using a base ROM Revision JyN developed by Alek .

Not only I but all the TH staff are giving the maximum to keep it functional and bug
But I encountered a bug will be fixed ?
The ROM is tested before it is published , but we are not perfect , not to test it thoroughly, so that sometimes spends a few bugs when a bug is found , we report here on the blog & on forum , and all the staff will try to fix TH it as fast as possible .

Glad to see some development for our beloved s5301
however i must say for the main user interface, generally speaking, it's just stock firmware+custom launcher+cm9bootanimation and cm9system sound and other system mod
it looks practically the same as the stock except from the launcher
no offence again:
i can simply use nova launcher to replace stock, it can produce a even better quality in looking like cm9, or you can make the icon theme to be cm11. which except from the status bar, it's actually the same as trebutchet (majorly)
NO OFFENCE TO ANYONE AND I RESPECT ALL THOSE INVOLVED IN DEVELOPING AS YOU ARE ALL AWESOME

Hello guys i'm back , i want to share with you my personal rom based on aosp source that i made for my old s2plus i9105p, i called it "Oneda's rom" why so ? cos my surname is "Oneda"; i will not make a long post so let's go in details

What this rom offers ?
-the main point of this rom is to give you a nexus experience
-remove useless aosp stuff
-almost all aosp base apps replaced with google apps ( example webview prebuilt made by pawtip need to remain cos is patched to work with our old GPU aosp and google webview gone in crash , dialer need to stay aosp cos if i changed it with google's one it will break incallui apk(incallui apk is needed to show faster dialer when someone is calling us))
-all aosp sounds replaced with google sounds (taken from new nexus devices)
-icon materialized
-re added dark theme from marshmallow preview
-adds a standalone mode to the DocumentsUI, to let it act as a file manager/explorer
-expanded desktop (thanks to cyanogenmod)
-Boeffla sound in kernel up to v1.6.7 (thanks to boeffla)
-soft button lights turned off (i don't like it, especialy in the night)
-some other feature will come (if i need it), a personal bootanimation ecc in the next release
Optimizations:
-both rom and kernel have been compiled with uber toolchain 4.9
-re added some part of 32bit and low ram devices source code in frameworks, there was present in lollipop and especially in kitkat (marshmallow is moving on to 64bit and x86)
-incallui as apk
-kernel is oc up to 1.6ghz; goverment ondemand; i/o scheduler deadline; i work a lot on this configuration is realy stable and gives you best perfomance with a low usage of the battery ( i reccomand to NOT change kernel setting or flash mod that promise to speed up your phone)
-last but not least this is a "user" build and NOT a "userdebug" build, this mean in general pre-optimizes some parts and disables additional debug modules, i.e. dalvik debugging, procmem/procrank binaries and so, user build is also recognised as an official rom and not as a custom rom
What works:
-Wi-Fi
-Bluetooth
-RIL (Calls, SMS, Mobile Data)
-Sensors (Accelerometer, Compass, Light, Proximity, etc.)
-Camera
-Video (playback & recording)
-Audio (playback & recording)
-GPS
-Everything else not listed under "known issues"
Known Issues:
-DRM (the fix for drm goes a little bit in conflict with youtube app, so i decide to make work fine the last one)
-Runtime storage permission does not work properly (setns patches are not applied, see PermissionsHostTest CTS test)
Download and clean installation instruction (READ CAREFULLY):
-Make sure you are either on any Lollipop/Marshmallow ROM or on 4.2.2 TW based ROM and NOT on 4.1.2 TW based ROM
-download my twrp recovery (update to commit 06-02-2016) from HERE
-download my rom from HERE
-download delta Marshmallow Base Gapps Package from HERE
-download if you want root supersu 2.67 from HERE
-put everything into your sd-card
-goes to recovery and take a nandroid backup (and put it into your sd-card)
-flash my recovery and reboot again into recovery
-if recovery ask you to keep system read only you have to swipe to allow modification
-now start a clean flash
-wipe tab -> advance wipe -> and check dalvik/ART,cache,system,data,internal storage
-now swipe to wipe
-go back and select format data
-write "yes"
-go back in advance wipe again
-and change file system of cache and data to f2fs
-perfect now reboot in recovery again to load system partition (you must have to do this)
-now go to instal tab
-flash the rom and delta gapps
-OPTIONAL flash supersu
-reboot system (if you flash supersu it will bootloop s2plus logo 1 time, only the first start up)
-we have finish the tutorial
Upgrade from Oneda's rom to a new version of it:
-go to recovery
-instal tab and flash rom -> gapps
-if you need flash supersu
Tips:
-during setup installation after set up your gmail account if you have an other account to connect to gmail do it after setup is finish
-if you see wifi always up in battery (problem of marshmallow nexus 5/6 forum confirmed) go to bluetooth advance and disable both switcher you see

I'm almost sure mine is more updated i dont know how often they update the official (and i think official is build automatically there isnt a person that maintain it) , mine is build with marshmallow bruch, in august last year official had a problem with data f2fs i fixed it at the time so i don't know if they solve the problem but mine obviously works

nope I'm not new i've already build 2 roms for this device, i never try to make kernel flashable zip, i will try in future as i don't have a lot of time for this reason i stop developing last year

The ROM is very unstable, i think it's the kernel, because i'm trying to recording the ROM to publish on youtube and give you the link for sharing it in description, but phone freezes always when i try to do something when i'm recording

i'm on this project by almost a month now and for my usage ( as notification center from social, email center for my job, pdf reader, browsing/streaming, call, whatsapp, maps, youtube) never got a freeze so i can promise for this tipe of thing the rom and kernel are stable , for other things i can't promise anything
i hope you understand my motivations

Yes I understand you... anyway the crash of az screen recorder is because it isn't compatible, and videos can't show, with PC and phone. Now I'm uploading the video in youtube but I recorded with my other phone

non hai letto il post principale vero ? xD, ci sono alcune inesattezze tipo ce una feature tratta da cyanogenmod, tema nero tratto dalla preview di marshmallo, compilato con uber invece del classico di google e altro che puoi leggere nelle prima pagina , comunque spero proverai le prossime versioni quando usciranno
After one day of use I've found no bugs in your rom but it has some freeze and reboot. It's not so smooth and fast like pure AOSP so I come back to it, but keep on working!

no problem bro i've already build a new one with a rebuild kernel from zero (faster and lighter) and some other changes i will release the new version as soon as i've finished to make the boot animation , i hope you and everyone will give it a try (any feedback is appreciated)
