Can I use a twrp recovery to any other device?
I have download a twrp recovery zip file for xiaomi redmi 7A, Can I use it to poco phone f2?
I know have a china twrp recovery file , but now my red magic 3s is global rom , now can't start , wan't twrp recovery global file...coul'd aother people can help me ?

months ago I wanted to install a Custom Rom for my poco x3 but I had troubles installing twrp and therefore waited(hoped) that it will magically work after some months.
However this time the only result I got was a bootloop this time.
pre-Steps:
- Bootloader is unlocked
- adb is working
Steps:
- adb reboot fastboot
- fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.4.0.img
RESULT: stuck in bootloop
After flashing the Stock Rom everything works and I tried something else:
- adb reboot bootloader
- fastboot flash recovery
RESULT: "display is still on", after turning the phone off and on (power and vol +) I end up in the usual Miui recovery
Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong and tell me another method to install twrp?
I really would like to flash the CustomRom ArrowOs.

btw I could successfully install ArrowOS
Any one have? Orange fox recovery ? For mi 11 lite my twrp recovery not working properly he give error 1 and error 7 every installation
