I know asking best rom, best kernel is not good here. but every one here is using custom rom and testing the roms, anyone of you can help me to give me a rom name with version which rom is good for use as a daily driver?
Because i am using a rom name Evolution x v5.6.1 which has so many bugs. This rom is not for daily use. Daily 1 or 2 times this rom take reboot. Please help if you can help.
Device name: Redmi note 7 pro
Rom Using: Evolution X 5.6.1
Kernel: Azure book of rhymes+

I have installed omni-4.4.4-20150521-p5100-FINAL on my P5100(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2581782). The ROM is great - Stable & Fast compared to the Stock ROM. But the only problem I am facing is that the tab now takes twice the time than before to charge. The battery backup has also decreased a lot compared to the stock ROM. Is anyone else also facing the same problem & if you have the solution please help me out.
This is the first time I have installed a custom ROM. Can someone also tell me whats the difference between Official Build & Unofficial Build.Are Unofficial builds really stable & great for daily use. I am planning to install the candy5 ROM if I don't get a solution. Candy5 Official build is v3.7 while Unofficial build is v4.1.

Hello devs , I was wondering if theres any dev who has some free time to make derpfest ROM or descendant rom because these two roms are the best roms available and theres derpfest rom available for oneplus 7 as well .

Try Havoc Rom, or BlissRom or also crDroid. Those are fantastic Roms with tons of stable features, good battery etc.
Could always try the rom for 7. Not sure how compatible full roms are but nolimits magisk rom and some kernels I've used can be used on a few different one plus devices despite being made for the 7pro.
yesterday I install cutom rom for 1st time. Now I want to install a custom kernel but problem is I am confuse. So I want to know how should I select kernel does is depend on andriod version or does is depend on device I am using like custom rom.
I am using redmi note 5 (vince)
Rom is corvus os v 6.5
Also recommend me some good kernel for performance and if it is battery friendly its even better
also tell me things I have to wipe out before installing custom kernel using twrp recovery

It depends on the device you're using, the redmi note 5 forums have some good Kernel, read threads and see what the feedback is to know which kernel fits best your expectations.

I just bought a new Poco F2 Pro phone and I don't like the MIUI system at all. I want the experience to be as close to stock android as possible. with that said, I have no idea how to install ROMs and what ROM should I install. use resurrection remix rom or evolution os rom then
