i googled for stock rom so i can extract the boot img from it but i cant find it anywere all u get is hundreds of fake sites.
Do anyone know where or how can i get the stock rom or how to extract boot img directly form phone or anything.Another method to root it would be helpful, i tried kingroot, kingoroot and these one click apps but it didnt work. Any help would be welcomed. thanks.

I am having stock 4.4 out of the box. I am looking to root it. but root genius failed. Now i am trying to flash recovery so i can install custom roms.
I am now have stock kitkat recovery. How to flash cwm recovery to it through flash tool. I dont have any rom files.
Please tell me to flash which and all files i have to download.
Now i have img file of CWM recovery from here and flash tool
What are the other rom files to download or extract from mobile. and steps ? pls reply

For rooting u will have to ask Puduraja and Avi send em a PM

Downlad the desired recovery and use flashify to install the recovery or u can use mobile uncle tools...

Hey,
I struggled a lot with rooting my q3000 (4.4) too. None of the one-click-root apps will work.
You will have to use SP flash tools.
Sometimes the scatter file given in the (http://forum.xda-developers.com/q3000/development/index-xolo-q3000-t2835037) thread wont work. For that I had to download MTK Droid Tool. It will create your build specific scatter file. use that and you will be able to flash the recovery fine.
Make sure you use a recovery for KK
Just follow the instructions given on the thread carefully and you'll manage to root your phone just fine.

If anyone is interested in further development can use all the files. I am trying to root this device too. I would be thankful If any one can use these files to help me root this device. I have tried everyway to root this phone and still can't twrp will flash but I can't boot into it so I flashed back the stock recovery I'm currently on android 6.0 with the latest 2016810 ROM I've tried searching everywhere for root and twrp but they seem to be outdated and not work for my device I had to reflash my whole stock ROM to if anyone can help me root this phone (elephone p9000 lite) or at least get twrp working so I can flash su and get root I'll be very grateful and happy for any help

according to this it should work. Maybe try asking in that thread for help. If it is just root you require than you could try kingroot or framroot

So, I have the SP flash tool for flashing the stock ROM to my bricked VKWorld F1 (MT6580). I have all the files I need to fix the phone except one .bin file. Does anyone have a clue where I can find it? Don't tell me to go to ROM sites because even the official site's download for flashing does not have the bin file that works. All 3 bin files in it are for another thing. Again, how can I get it?

I have searched and searched, and all I can find are tutorials for people who already have root or already have TWRP 2.8 installed, and I haven't even gotten that far.
I'm really wanting to root, install TWRP, and install a custom Lollipop ROM.
Does anyone have tutorial or links to where I can start this process?
