I need an perfomance kernel like Agnis Kernel on Redmi Note 5 Pro that can overclocked into 2.4ghz , its a same Snapdragon 636 and someone can make that kernel 2.4ghz for Tulip?

Check tulip updates telegram.... Agnis has 8.8 update for this phone.. With camera fix for modded/custom roms.. I currently have miroom 12 and works better than mystic or glitch that throw up errors
