Does anyone know where to find the switch in the programming that turns the main speaker off and ear mic speaker on during a call. My phone is on speakerphone whether I turn it off or not. Both speakers have been replaced it's a software issue

I am using a MIO701, before few days I tried to use another hands free connected to the internal jack plug and from that time the speaker of the device is silent and I can not hear any sound/music.
When I am connecting the normal hands free I am hearing the sound from the hands free.
When I am receiving a call I am hearing the ring from the rear speaker but when I reply the microphone and the front speaker are silent. However, when I am enabling the rear speaker from the dial up panel as open conversation then the rear speaker and the microphone are working.
I am afraid that when I tried to insert the other hands free I damaged some micro switch inside the jack plug. Something is giving the order to the front speaker and the microphone to be off and to work only the hands free microphone.
To mechanical repair/replace the jack plug is impossible, but maybe I can make a registry adjustment or something else to force the sound from the front speaker and microphone. Can anyone help on this??
Nobody knows anything about registry adjustments to make the sound come out from the back speaker or to by-pass the switch on the jack plug???
I have the official Samsung car dock. When I take a call on it via speakerphone the callers complain of severe echo when they talk. Has anyone else had this experience? Is there anything I can do about it other than go back to using a headset for calls?
I have the same issue while just using my phone on auxiliary with my car. It happens when your volume is up too loud, the microphone can remove the echo, but only up to certain levels. Try turning your speaker volume down a bit and it should help, if turning it down just a bit puts it out of your range of hearing, then you might listen to music too loud all day.
The voice of the caller does not come through the car stereo. Once I take a call the sound routs back through the phone's speaker. So it's the phone's speaker that is being picked up by the mic.
I wonder if the sound from the speaker is being channeled to the mic by the plastic of the car dock.
Recorded audio is very quiet and sounds muffled. In-call audio is the same, but can be fixed by turning the speakerphone on. People in calls consistently say they can not hear me, and it is solved every time by turning speakerphone on and comes back when speakerphone is turned off. Is a different mic used when speakerphone is on? How can I force the phone to use the speakerphone microphone settings all the time?
HTC warranty services wants the phone for 2 weeks to fix this problem, so if there is anyone who knows how to use the speakerphone microphone all the time, it would be greatly appreciated.
This is a rooted nexus 5 using lineageos 14.1 (based on nougat) and I'm having sound problems only during phone calls.
The party I call cannot hear me (I can hear them) unless I turn speaker on. Then they can hear me but the sound is garbled and they hear reverberation picking up their own voices back.
Searching for a solution on the web I found

I changed the build prop they recommended to false and now the other party can hear me fine on (non-speaker) phone calls. ?
But, I still have a problem if I turn my speaker on. When I do that the microphone picks up ambient noise and the other party hears their own conversation back as garbled double sound. If anyone knows how to fix this I would be grateful.
Ideas?
Nobody has any idea how to prevent the mic from picking up and transmitting the phone speaker sound when on speaker phone?
My wife's identical nexus 5 doesn't do this when it's on speaker phone.
I have lineage 17 installed. Everytime I make a call I am forced to use speaker phone because both the earpiece speaker and main speaker both play. I have replaced both parts with no effect. Something in the software is not turning off the main speaker during calls. any ideas how to solve this would be most greatly appreciated. Thanks and this is my first post.
