1. Make sure that you have enable the 'unknown source' option in your security settings.
2. Get the latest Google Play Services apk from apkmirror or apkpure web site.

Hello,
You may visit this here
Also, since are using an emulator you should keep in mind that emulator doesn't support Google Play Services by default. What you can do is download and install Google APIs from SDK Manager then create a new device in emulator using the Google APIs as target.

Update and install new latest version of google play store

I have ever problem with download apps because my phone is not available Google play store. However, I found solution to this: way to download Google play again. Perhaps, some of you will see it useful.
If you have available Google play, you can update the latest version. Check your version: Google play=> setting, the build number is your current version.
Next, choose a trusted source of apk files for download Google play store APK (choilieng.com). Remember that if you download poor quality apk, they may have tampered with the apk which is bad news. (Note: download on devices or pc and transfer apk to space you‘ll remember)
Setting security to your app: Enable unknown sourced in the settings to install an apk. If disables, your system will prevent users from installing apps from anywhere aside from Google play store: Enter device setting=> security=>unknown sources => ok
Install the Google play store by using file manager: open file browser, navigate to place you put Google play store apk, click on it => click package Installer=> install.
Finally, keep yourself safe by going back and turn unknown sources off: setting=> security settings, privacy settings or application settings=>uncheck the box.
That is all. If you haven’t done this successful, it is better for you to download apk files and install apps like the step 2. Even if your devices are not available Google play or not, you can still download apk files for many installing apps in the future with more android devices.

MI11 China Phone can't install google play apps

I cant install google play aps to my Xaomi Mi11 China version phone with Miui 12. During installation "there was a problem parsing the package". I change the settings, permission to "autostart". I tried again, another problem "this apps was built for an older version of andriod and may not wprk properly. Try checking updates or contact developer". Pls help. thanks you.
Open the Amazon cloud storage link, http://t.cn/RBnlJsm
Go to the sub-folder which is named with '5-Google Play...'
Download Google Play Store_V23.2.11-21.zip
Unzip it, find an .apk file, and then tap the apk file to install Play Store
After rebooting, check whether your Google Play will work.

Install Google Play Services without root.

Hi! I have LG VN220, and I would like to install google play services on it so that I can run android auto, I've found a site that made an installer for android to install google play services, store, and framework. In order to install an app on the VN220, the package name has to be renamed to com.android.cts.YOURPACKAGENAME. I was able to rename the the installer apk, so the installer runs, the problem arises when the installer tries to stream apk's to androids package installer I get an error that "Your Administrator doesn't allow installation of apps obtained from unknown sources" (There's not setting to allow installation, the only was to do it is thru changing the package name to the above). So here's the question: Can someone who has a basic knowledge of reverse engineering apps rename all the packages to com.android.cts.googleinstaller so all the apps will install on my phone?
p.s. all of the lettering is in chinese because the apk was originally developed for the chinese xiaomi phones.
I found The apk file on this XDA Thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...install Google Play, and Framework when we OTA.

For security, each Android phone by default is set to block installation of apps obtained from unknown sources, means not from Google Play Store.
All you've to do is to check in Android settings "allow installation of apps from sources other than Google Play Store".

That is true with a regular android device, The LG Exalt/VN220 runs on a locked down version of android 5, and does not allow installation of apps unless you rename the package to com.android.cts.yourapp which bypasses the signature check (without that you can only install apps signed by LG or Verizon) If anyone can go thru the apk and change the package name on all the built in apk's to the above, or if someone can tell me how to do it. Thanks!

Help me please (Car android) GOOGLE Uncertified

Please is there anyhelp ?
i have my car, she has android 11, and the model is unknown
i wanna try to certify the google play because i cannot install NETFLIX
I have tried to install all NETFLIX BUILDS and she still telling me 'APP NOT COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR VERSION/ANDROID'
Please is there anyway to certify the googleplay, or to let the netflix working or any trick
i have tried all things and nothing works
You may be able to install a simplified version of the app directly from Netflix if you can't download it from the Play Store.
Netflix says, 'This app is not compatible with your device.'
Your Netflix app version isn't compatible with your Android device. Open the Play Store and follow these steps.
