And I'm not convinced by the title of the thread and the content of your OP what's the thread was eventually supposed to become but if you wanted to present your ROM release please also find in the above linked guidance the hint that placeholders are not accepted. The same time you create your thread you've to provide your download link and the link to your used kernel source.
Please advise the moderator team (best via the report function) to re-open the thread when you're ready to comply with the above mentioned requirements.
