D802 here. Getting bootloop when i flash this. Downloaded 3 times, so no bad download.

Moar 7 is a custom rom. Its. Very fast,stable and it does to Hotspot and a bunch of other stuff right out of the box.
Oops reread op you have a g900f.moar is a sprint rom g900p,i saw a flashable zip for hotspot in the forums. Maybe you can try that.

i am afraid to loose the sim unlock or the entire phone if i flash it

I C652 is the Demo for Europe. You need to find a way to change region code to C432. And I think this is not for free. Search on Google about that, or try to find a GSM service on BiH.

I could flash via the "chose update package" via the settings\ checking for updates.

Did you update from Stable to the Dev? I've tried the same method and it's not working (i.e. Stable > Dev Beta).

I should of said I couldn't flash the dev rom. My mistake.
Tried the update package option. But it doesn't work.
I think I have to use the unlock tool on the pc first.
