Has anyone gotten DemiGod mode working? I wanted to have cross-user privileges, as I dont have root, but I can't get it to work, as it keeps rejecting the commands.

I am trying to follow this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=504235 , since the appsToSd program sends my phone it to a repeat loop. I have an issue though when i boot into recovery mode i can not get into the recovery console by hitting alt-x. I would like to accomplish apps2sd without using adb, since its gonna be a while before i can access my personal comp with the SDK on it. Does anyone have a suggestions. I searched but couldn't find help.
Hey all.
I've just recently gotten around to attempting to root my g1, and I've run into a bit of trouble. I've successfully downgraded from rc33 to rc29, and now I'm at the step where I'm needing to boot into recovery mode (after downloading recovery.img and update.zip, I believe they're called?). But, I'm habing a bit of an issue trying to boot into the recovery mode. I hold down the home and power keys, the white g1 logo pops up, stays there for a small while, and then the phone just cuts off and reboots. I've also tried typing "reboot recovery" using the glitch to run a command as a super user, but it has the same effect. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Should I just wipe the system and start over again?

Have you been through the Telnetd process...? Have you accessed root yet, cause the update.zip wont run unless you have commanded the new recovery.img (key) through the terminal app. Atleast I think I understand what your asking..

And yes, i've used the exploit to run telnetd as a super user. also i believe that the app i'm using (created by Mike Moussa, used in the guide linked to by hack a day) does the terminal work for me (?).

and when you ran the telnet step you flashed the recovery image right?
I failed in trying in root 003sh.
Whenever reboots it, the startup screen stops at "USIM確認中.."
Where to download the 003sh rom and how to flash it?

I wish this guy would come back, I would love to know what he did to achieve this "bricked" situation. I have tried every possible idea at the current time in an attempt to root my SH-03C (the Docomo version) and have, at best, made my phone freeze up and require a battery reboot. I'd like to know what was done to make the phone react, and if I can do it as well...

just access to recovery mode. home button+up button on your side. If you have a system back up image. just load it. that's what i did to mine.
I installed an app called Flashify, rebooted my phone...and now its stuck in fastboot mode. I've been trying a ton of things to fix it that I've found on these and other forums...but none of them work...how can I fix this?

I have a Touchlet XA100 wich i tried to root. After I got superuser installed per Rootx2.2 i tried to install/update the su binary over SuperSU, but it failed. After i gave up, I typed in the cmd "adb reboot bootloader" to see if i can use fastboot, but since that, it doesnt pass the kernel splash Image. My pc detects it still as "Samsung android Phone" but bot adb.
I dont know if it has a recovery but if it has one, i dont know how to enter it with 2 Buttons (Power and Back, tried it pushing them together, but it still doesnt work).
Does anyone know a trick how to revive it from death (without JTAG) or do i have a new paperweight?
As Im frustrated can anyone give me a tipp for a new tablet? I live in Germany and my Limit is 200 euro´s. Im not much interested in playing games on it, watching streams and YouTube on it is my main target, sometimes i use it as Jukebox with xbmc/kodi.
