No i can't

How do I get Voice Match to work because when I try to turn it on, the Google button is grayed out and says the feature is currently unavailable in this language. Please help.

Great. One issue is that it has Via browser, which is not OS and Chinese. There are minimalistic open source browsers and I think those should be included instead.
