I need help..S3 not going into Developers Mode

Hello Everyone,
I have used rooted Droid Charge and finally moved onto Galaxy S3 now.
The question I have is that this device won't go into Developers Mode.
I know that they had locked the bootloader......
Am I using the device that is not able to get into Developers Mode?
How to I override this?
Any help will be greatly appriciated.

There is developer options not developer mode.

click link in sig or go to my guide stickied in dev section...everything you need to know for flashing anything on/too your device is there!
fyi its not called "developer" mode on this device, its called "download" or "odin" mode.

In case you haven't already figured it out, its volume down/power/home to get into download mode.

I would like to get help for install one recovery mode in my galaxy sm-g530t1 i was looking for it to many forums but without luck and also i want a recovery mode cause i would like to root my devise but i made whi kingroot and sometimes said its root but i could not get the permisons for the apps and i go check on root checker and said its not root i used difernts versions but someones when the for is reboot its stuck on metropcs logo so i had to flash the original firmware also i used iroot and dont not work eigther.
i apprecite any help that can you give me thank you

[Completed] I lean my TAB E (SM-T560NZWUXAC) and it's now lock

I lean my tablet to a now EX-friend. the tablet was locked with his credentials so I had to re-initialise it.
however, it now ask me to input the previous credentials in order to re-enable the tablet (wich I don't and can't obtain since I don't talk to that jerk anymore) samsung and google won't help me with this issue. I have the proof of purchase to ensure I'm the legitimate owner if needed.
is there a way to hack / flash in order to make the device forget this anoying step?
step where I'm stuck says: This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google Acount that was previously synced on this device:

yes I did. and as I mentionned, I'm on 6.0.1 and this will only work on 5.x
they fix this loophole on 6
anything else?

I also associate myself with the request, I would like to gain root permissions on this device. How did you unlock the bootloader?

Can anyone answer? Do you guys know that on this site everything is possible, someone of good will that tells us the guide to root?

Since a few days my A1-734 has a lot of problems with the WiFi connection and I hope loading a stock rom may fix them.
And advice how to proceed?

forgot i created this thread but no, i didnt find the forum so i just didnt buy it. there's no sense (for me) on buying an android device if i cant change the rom.
