Coolpad Note 3 Fully Dead After Flashing

Hi Members,
I have coolpad note 3 mobile and it was in boot loop state so I flash it yesterday through SP flash tool and now it's totally dead not starting and showing anything.
I changed the non-removable battery from other coolpad note 3 but it still not starting, charging and showing etc.
I used all way format + download, download only but still in a dead situation.
Always flashing process done successfully but not starting my coolpad note 3.
Please help me urgently I don't have any phone right now and please tell me a reason what is the reason and what is the solution.

The firmware you've flashed seems not to be for your variant. Firmware are often Build Number / Variant specific so try another firmware

Install OxygenOS 11.0.5.6.KB05AA on OnePlus 8T KB2000 running HydrogenOS 11.0.5.6KB05

I have purchased a Chinese variant (KB2000, late December 2020) of the OnePlus 8T which out of the box is running HydrogenOS 11.0.5.6KB05. I downloaded the Global ROM (OxygenOS 11.0.5.6.KB05AA) from OnePlus' website to do the local update, but cannot install as it is saying it is a previous version.
I have been scouring the internet as trying to figure out options, but it seems like I have 2 options:
1. Wait until the Global ROM version is higher than the current HydrogenOS version (11.0.5.6KB05) and do a local update. Note that the unit wants to update, but not letting it.
2. Use the BootlLoader installation method to install a fresh OxygenOS. I found what seems to be a great guides at https://www.thecustomdroid.com/oneplus-8-pro-oxygenos-restoration-guide/ or https://www.droidwin.com/restore-oneplus-8-stock-oxygenos-fastboot-commands/.
Note that I don't want to Root or install any custom mods or ROM, but just want to use the latest Global ROM on this phone.
Any insight will be greatly appreciated as I have been researching, but not finding a definitive answer. Thanks in advance!

If you are fine with wiping your phone you should be able to use the msm tools from the unbrick tools thread to convert

Ok thanks for the feedback and will search for the thread. I'm fine with wiping it as it is a new phone. I'll update how it goes.

Restoring to OOS from custom ROM in order to sell. Best method?

There are a lot of guides and stuff for people wanting to do specific things with their phone. I am selling mine and want to go back to stock. What's the best way to do so? I'm not sure if I should also lock the bootloader since I'll be selling on swappa or just leave it be as it may be a selling point? Appreciate any input.

If you are talking about a OnePlus 7 Pro, then by far the best way to restore it to stock is to use the OnePlus EDL package or unbrick tool. This will restore your phone to new state (just like when you pulled it from the box).
It will also wipe any personal data you may have.
Download the appropriate archive for your phone below.
OnePlus 7 Pro international firmware (latest):

Instructions:
Extract the downloaded archive to a folder on your PC.
Power your device off
Maintain volume up and volume down keys to get into Qualcomm EDL mode.
Connect phone to your PC using a USB C cable
Launch MsmDownloadTool V4.0.exe.
Click on Enum to be sure your device is detected and press Start.
Wait ~300 seconds
Enjoy your brand new device

Bricked OnePlus 8T

Complete noob here.
So I've recently purchased a OnePlus 8T Chinese variant and went from hydrogenOS to oxygenOS by update.
Then installed TWRP and tried to flash lineageOS resulting in a brick. Can anyone please help me to return to stock firmware?
