In order to flash Halium on a Guacamole device, you need the stock Android 9 firmware. For Global: https://sourceforge.net/projects/fastbootroms/files/OnePlus 7 Pro/9.5.13-GM21AA-OnePlus7ProOxygen_21.O.16_OTA_016_all_1908281716_b2bb5-FASTBOOT.zip/download For EU: https://sourceforge.net/projects/fa...16_all_1908281716_b2bb5-FASTBOOT.zip/download Next make sure your firmware actually boots.
Next enable developer options and enable usb debugging.
Reboot to twrp and format data.
Next you need to install Lineage 16 which can obtained from http://dlr.ovh:8080/guacamole/lineage-16.0-20200325-nightly-guacamole-signed.zip
let it boot, reboot to twrp and format data
Now Download artifacts ( https://gitlab.com/RyanAM/oneplus-guacamole-halium9/-/jobs/1757465059/artifacts/browse)
and extract .zip. Inside the zip you extracted you will find a boot.img and a system.img. flash boot.img with twrp by selecting install image then selecting boot.
reboot to fasboot and run
fastboot flash system system.img and reboot. Enjoy!

You can go to discord link and attempt to install anbox. Techwizz I believe had some success. I'm not sure about google account in browser. I have connected to my Gmail from there but account in setting I don't think works for google accounts. I believe google doesn't allow it. But if you go to www.google.com you should be able to sign in on top right.

Also if you guys want to change the screen size for now us the ut tweak tool in the appstore. Sometimes wifi scanning networks don't show up so use the same tool to restart unity 8. Neat little tool for things

We haven't got the Ubuntu Touch recovery working quite yet, but that's on our to-do list! Also following up on Anbox, it doesn't seem to work in the latest version of UBPorts but I believe the devs plan on adding better support back in.

In theory yes but you might need to compile Lineage removing the force encrypt stuff, I'm assuming modifying the fstab is enough.

The problem here is force encrypt makes it so you can't use your /data partition until you decrypt your phone, so you need to compile LOS without force encrypt or disable it some other way.

Here same rom flashed with same twrp on my pra-lx1 (using AL00X firmware) check the screenshot, I will try fix it
** Note **
I try to fix it but it is bootloop for me, so from NOW, I will not waste more time with this thing by "it's boot for you, not for me" as I said, I'm using PRA-AL00X firmware, if you coming from others not made by me and have flashing issue, well isn't my fault.
thanks in advance.
Edit: this topic is on Android Pie device list, it's better to get opened.
well if you not able flash it, revert to emui again and flash my rom directly the roms by others has get some conflicts with mine due to different system partition size .

No you cannot.
Hi,
No matter how hard I try I cannot get past the MI logo.
I tried several twrp img (not every, and on most recent ones I get a treble zip compatibility error btw, seems normal tho)
I wonder if I missing something obvious...
Finally the possibility of Linux on this phone I waited for this day so long thank you so much for your work. Sadly Im unable to boot. On what TWRP Version are you? The current one wouldnt work with any Miui Android 9 version i tried. Tried flashing via TWRP / ADB both end in stuck Mi Logo.

Did you download and flash Halium-boot_no_console_patch as mentioned in op, this is very important to get out of bootloop.
Yes I flashed Halium-boot_no_console_patch each time I tried to boot, but it wasn't even booting, only MI logo...
I use the recovery package to reflash android 9, it may have caused the issue... Gonna wait a few more hours to download the fastboot package ! And while waiting I'll try just with this TWRP version if it works !

Yes pls do that, and let me know.. i did it a few time, always working from my side. I think u might need to fastboot flash CN9.2.15 like me.

do not try to install this if you are on stock android 12. the recovery doesnt work
Any chance of an update
I installed this (the April update) and everything works great except for Work Profile. I rooted and pass safetynet with MHPC & USNF, but Work Profile creation fails with a barrage of network errors telling me that I need to connect to the Internet (even though I am).
I was able to get the Work Profile to work by installing the full NikGapps which includes the device policy as a system app. I did need to use a custom zip config to specify NOT installing the Pixel Launcher, since that launcher crashes repeatedly.
Edit: Physical Silent/Vibrate/Ring slider not working for me. Anyone else seeing the same?

WAIT?!?!??!? CTS Profile passes without ROOT? and also, how I make my own custom NikGapps is downloading FULL and using 7zip to open archive Full ZIP and find config and put 0 on everything I don't want to install like YouTube and stuff.
That's also how I use debloater for Browser App using debloater.config-- adb shell and pm path org.lineageos.jelly-- which is browser and put that file path to debloater.config

I guess I misspoke, the first thing I did is root this phone. Idk if it passes without root - probably not. I never tried it without root anyway; I think the root part is required. The problem I was having was with work profile but that was resolved by usijg the full nikgapps to get the android device policy as a system app. This is my first time using custom rom in years, but I know Google has changed a lot to make it more annoying to pass safety net checks.

oh damn. XD its ok i was so exciter i was gonna switch to lineage lmao
Can we hope an official version soon ? Or maybe a changelog with what is ok and what does not work at this time ?
So far, the only not working thing I've found on this build is the mute/vibrate/ring slider. That doesn't work at all. Everything else has worked as expected.
Official version will depend on the LOS maintainer for this device.
I'm guessing this has been abandoned and should just wait for the official release?

Introduction
Team Win Recovery Project (TWRP) is an open-source software custom recovery image for Android-based devices. It provides a touchscreen-enabled interface that allows users to install third-party firmware and back up the current system, functions often unsupported by stock recovery images. It is, therefore, often installed when rooting Android devices, although it isn't dependent on a device being rooted to be installed.
TWRP version: 3.7.0_12-v2
For device: denver
Android 12 Device Tree: https://github.com/juic3b0x/twrp12_device_motorola_denver
Maintainer/Authors build: ragarcia87
Android 12 Installation Instructions
DO NOT FLASH ZIP, UNZIP FIRST
First unzip the ANDROID-12-UNZIP-ME-FIRST.zip file to get a12v2-twrp-boot.img and Magisk-v25.2.zip files.
Copy a12v2-twrp-boot.img and Magisk-v25.2.zip to either internal storage or external SD card.
Then do:
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot boot a12v2-twrp-boot.img
Once TWRP boots up, go to Advanced > Install Recovery Ramdisk
Then choose the a12v2-twrp-boot.img
Then go to Install and choose the Magisk-v25.2.zip file to re-root the device
Then go to Reboot > System
Working
Everything, including touchscreen. No need to flash 3rd party kernel.
Troubleshooting
If you get the error createTarFork{} process ended with ERROR: 255
Go to /data/ folder and delete the fonts folder then reboot and try backup /data again.

You're welcome. Let me know! I am personally using it if course and so far only complaint I got is a little lag but touchscreen works out the gate with no need of a script or anything. Got it set to load the modules from vendor partition for touchscreen to work properly.
Really ? It reboots to system instead of to a brick? What's next custom ROM? People like you restore my faith in humanity. Confirmed working

Question. Do I need to do this from a stock/rooted device. What if I already have root with magisk installed? Do I need to uninstall Magisk first before doing this?

No you dont have to uninstall it first. You can just use
Code:
fastboot boot twrp-boot.img
to just try it out first and see if it boots and works properly before picking Advanced Install to Ramdisk...

I look forward to trying it out!

Try to be sure you have correct STOCK before, so flash stock to A, flash stock to B(boh novmeber), then boot one of them, reboot to recovery, wipe data, boot to BL, fastboot update spark......zip and try again to add FP.
oh, you tried to register FP in 1080p or 1440p display settings?
You need to set 1440p.
