Will Lineage OS in future updates get LineageOS Theme Engine or any OMS support For substratum?
Android Oreo is Out. Long live RRO and OMS! Lineage should give Up and include Substratum natively. There isn't something better possible on Android 7 & 8 so far...
I want to understand the complete structure of Lineage OS source code. I have a copy of source code for Naugat and want to go through it fully.
Is there any documentation or help available to understand OS source tree structure?
Is there any chance lineage os bieng developed for our j3?

There are some efforts for building from source and via GSI and overlay. Sourcebuilds are not booting for now. But me and some others are still on it (while I lack the spare time atm)
For now you can use GSI with some bugs as far as I know.
I had mixed success with sourcebuild - see here https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/building-lineageos-17-1-from-source.4245417/
