[Q] need help from PROs

Hi every one
I bought an android chinese tablet with those specs :
- 9,7 inchs
- 1024*768 pixels
- CPU 1,2-1,5 GHz
- RAM 1 GB
- 16 GB storage
- No Bluetooth
Some more infos like i remeber :
- simlple recovery acces ( by power and volume - buttons , with no backup or restore options , i think that the tablet wasnt rooted , because i didnt found the superuser , so i think that the recovery was original )
- System info android 4,o,4
- Model number GYP-P90
- BaseBand 1,4

and like you see there is no name on the box , so i couldnt find the exact name or type of this tablet
in the purpose of make it better ( without making any backup ) , i flashed it with the CyanoGenMod 10 from the XDA forum , and every think went fine during the installation , but after the first boot i discovered that that :
- the touchscreen
- the camera
- the connexion to pc via cable
- the sd card
- the storage
- auto rotate screen
wont work
i tried another mos like CyanGenMod 9 , and all the compatibility,zip to fix the problem but no result
so i tried another method to fix that , the official firmware method (with the LiveSuit.exe ) and since i dont know the type of my tablet i tried a several firmwares , specially the firmwares of the similar tablets on the Model Number GYP-P90 , like the the Sanei N90 , mintpie p90 ,eken a90 the 2 first firmwares Sanei N90 and mintpie P90 has been installed with succes specially the mintpie P90 one , and i got back :
- the connexion to pc
- the internal storage
- the reading of the sd card
to work again but still no touchscreen and the wifi and the recovery are gone now
so what to do ??
what is the exact name of my tablet??
how to fix those problems??

From what i can gather its a Cortex brand,definitely chinese... http://www.amazon.com/Android-Tablet-Cortex-TM-A8-S5PV210/dp/B0053E2DXU ,but did you backup your original rom first?Also looks like some drivers are corrupted,try finding the RUU and install it through HBoot.

i didnt make the backup before installing the CM10

I have the same table pc running ... if you want I can give you the original firmware ... but you have to tell me how to remove it

I have loop with same tablet, cnt boot in recovery... i try power+vol+.. Power+vol-.. Power+vol+vol-.... Power+back button...
Tablet is rooted by default just need get superuser from market.
I need help because with setcpu installed i get bootloop, android logo is there but never continuous.
I think tablet name is mid p90.

I can access to recovery, use reset button+power+vol +.. All wipes and tablet alive!!
Then i take note of firmware version that you are looking for...
mw07-eng 4.0.3 iml74k 20120522 test-keys
From Google... Eken a90 advanced have this firmware. I hope this help you

So i've got this LG G FLEX 2 LG-H959 which gives the problem when calling : people do not hear me;But when i switch to speakercall they do ..... receiver can't hear anything i speak unless i switch into loud speaker.
then : i tired factory reset but nothin alwayz the same problem

Sorry to hear about your problem. As I understand you previously made some modifications to your device?
Maybe someone wit H959 could send you some stock files, but I doubt it will change anything because factory resets/reflashing stock firmwares would do the same.

Hello, and thnks for answer me....i did nothin to device i buy it like that.
the problme is in mixer_path : but i dont konw what to change.
i need like u said some stock files maybe : mixer_path , same version of andriod 5.1.1. and i hope it will fix it.

I replied in the other thread, i remember that the sound of my device crashed when installing a sound mod, replacing original mixer_paths was not enough and after that i had to reset.

Your device's sound crashed, did you reboot after replacing? As i have told you i also had to factory reset, then it was solved. Hope someone else can help you...

This post is a good example and highlights why quoting Chinese made up brands and made up model numbers is meaningless.
Always quote MCU version, processor and Android version.
Also, wholly post revival batman, replying to a FOUR year old post.

I saw that the post is 4 years ago, but I had a problem with the unit, the FM radio no longer works no longer shows signs of life, it does not search for stations and is completely silent, so I tried to update the MCU but the one mentioned gave problems with the steering wheel buttons and the touch, so I went to see my posts of when I bought the unit and I saw that the original is XRC, not LM, maybe it can be useful for someone

TPMS "problem" on android 8.1 head unit.

Hi alls, I have a little problem with my usb tpms on my head unit. Everytime, when i switch on the head unit (everytime i switch on the ignition) i have a pop up message, that "TPMS app is want to connect to the usb device. Enable the app to access?" or something like this. Even if I check the small box "set as default application", before i push the OK button, it will come back again and again. Any idea?

Yea it's a bug on Android that the USB permissions "remember" doesn't stick past reboots.
You could write a Tasker task using the autoinput plugin to just click yes when that message pops up which should be pretty easy but subject to a lot of failures and kindof clunky.
Alternatively I think there's a shell command that can be typed in to allow the USB connection but that requires some research. If you find that let me know.. I'm gonna do the research for that myself pretty soon as I also have this same issue.

Anyone have found any answer a this problem?

But as I see, Hal9K mod can only be installed, if you have the specific device (build number starts with px5?)? Cause mine headunit has totally different build.

What unit do you have? Post the screenshot.

Sorry your unit is not MTCD/MTCE so this is the wrong section for help. You should look for a custom rom for your unit

Question How to convert verizon OnePlus 9 to global

Hello everyone thanks for coming up on my thread I have OnePlus 9 Verizon L2119 , BR080A variant currently I am in Pakistan the software the phone has is very limited you can see in screen shot of about phone and always have that pcb number watermark on bottom of screen I want to convert it to stable and smooth firmware , for that I need some experienced person guidance

The LE2119 is the 9 pro, not a regular 9, you'll have to post this in the oneplus 9 pro thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/f/oneplus-9-pro.12153/

This doesn't show any device specs. Install AIDS64 amd share screenshots of System, CPU and Display. Then someone might be able to help.
