Hello,
my Oneplus one 64Gb with CM and CM recovery is in a Bootloop, i can boot it in fastboot, CM recovery and QSHUSB_BULK mode but in faastboot i cant unlock it via fastboot oem unlock, the script runs and writes ok but after reboot its still in the bootloop and the fastboot status is tampered=true unlocked=false.
In the adb mode i can send recovery files and images but after (Choose from internal storage) the install failed with ( E:failed to mount /cache [invalid argument], E:cant mount /cache/recovery/log, E:cant open /cache/recovery/log, E:failed to mount, E:/failed to mount /data) and so on.
I tested also ColorOS but i am still in the bootloop
Any ideas?

Shield tablet neverending loop
Hello guys,
Today I've tried flashing my Shield Tablet using Shield Custom ROM guide from by cots from gbatemp.net forums (can't post links).
Despite doing everything carefully, step by step, my Shield is now rebooting forever showing only one screen and rebooting again.
Unfortunately I can't post a picture, because forums rules don't allow me, so I wrote down the text from TWRP:
E:Could not mount /data and unable to find crypto footer.
E:Unable to mount '/data'.
E:Unable to recreate /data/media folder.
Updating partition details...
E:Unable to mount '/data'.
...done
E:Unable to mount storage.
E:Unable to mount /data/media during GUI startup.
Full SELinux support is present.
E:Unable to mount /data/media/TWRP/.twrps when trying to read settings file.
Processing AOSP recovery commands...
E:Unable to mount '/data'
--Wiping Data Partition...
Formatting Cache using make_ext4fs function.
E:Unable to mount '/data'
--Data Partition Wipe Complete!
Done processing script file
aaaaand it reboots.
Pressing "Home" and/or "Back" button at that TWRP screen does nothing, Shield is still rebooting to that screen over and over again.
Help would be greatly appreciated. Any ideas?
Best regards,
Łukasz
I had the same problem; the same thread that you referred to had a post yesterday on resolving this issue. This worked for me.
Re-do all the steps except that before doing the TWRP flash, do a fastboot -w.
Can you boot into twrp? The sequence is: Volume DOWN (keep pressed) + Power (click and release keeping VDOWN pressed)
This should give you access to bootloader mode, where you can eventually reboot into recovery or enable fastboot protocol. So if twrp works you should be able to use the "format" which will fix your corrupted filesystem. Once you've done that you can restore your official OTA, copy your custom rom files again somewhere inside the now-restored filesystem, go back into recovery and flash again (just wipe system, cache and dalvik, nothing else).
If you cannot access twrp, once in bootloader mode you can enable fastboot and flash twrp again via adb from your pc.
Just to clarify, once you're in the bootloader, fastboot is ALREADY enabled and you will need to use fastboot, NOT adb, to flash anything.
I have updated my yuphoria to cm12.1 and after that mobile is getting rebooted if i start downloading something. Wiped cache many times still probkem persists. Pls anyone help me....
Factory reset the only option left
Yuphoria stuck at YU Logo.
I had got notification for the OTA Cyanogen 12.1 Update and I had updated it. But even after reboot, the same 12.1 Update-notification would still appear again.
Later, I switched off Yuphoria to take out the External-SD-Card for data-transfer. Then when I switched on the Yuphoria, this Yu-Logo Boot-Loop Problem has started.
Now, My Yuphoria is Stuck at Yu-Logo on boot... and showing 'cannot mount partitions' errors when I boot custom-recovery twrp.
I have unlocked the bootloader.
From what I read online, I guess the memory partition-tables have got corrupted.... Now how can we solve this corrupted memory problem ?
I read about fastboot-flashing database.rfs or dbdata.rfs in some xda-developers Threads.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I tried flash-all.bat with latest Cyanogen Official 12.1 ROM signed-fastboot.zip file... but still stuck at Yu-Logo on boot....
I fastboot boot trwp 2.6 custom-recovery.img and installed Cyanogen 12.1 ROM signed.zip file from external-sd card. But trwp says cannot mount partitions '/data', '/system', '/cache' etc...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I ran the command e2fsck /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/system in terminal.
Then this message came : 'superblock has an invalid journal (inode 8) ext4'
I entered yes for correction multiple times and the process completed....
But still stuck at YU Logo on reboot.... Please Help.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I erased persist, then flashed persist.img.
Then I booted into twrp recovery, and adb sideload cm-12.1-YPG4PAS8A8-lettuce-signed.zip
The sideload started and then stopped with error : failed to unmount /cache ; failed to unmount /data ;
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I boot into twrp 2.8.7.2 from fastboot-mode using command : sudo fastboot -i 0x2a96 boot twrp.img
Selected Wipe → advanced wipe → selected data :
It shows :
Mount Point : /data , File system : ext4 , Present: Yes, Removable: No, Size:0MB, Used: 0MB, Free 0MB, Backup Size: 0MB
Then I tapped on change/repair file system → change file system → EXT4 → Swiped IT...
Error : Format Failed.
E: Unknown MTP message type: 1
Failed to unmount '/data' (Invalid argument)
Error changing file system.
Updating Partition details.......
Failed to unmount '/system', '/data', '/cache' (Invalid arguments)
....done
Unable to mount storage.
After 'Change File System' Failed, I tried 'Repair File System' and 'Resize File System' also... all Failed similarly....
Only TWRP 2.8.7.2 and lower versions boots successfully in my Yuphoria.
TWRP 3.0.0 will not boot successfully. The TWRP logo will appear and then show command errors, and the phone will restart.
Please help me reinstall OS in my softbricked Yuphoria.
Hello all
I just updated the multirom recovery after a year of successfully using it with 4 different roms, which 1 of them is ubuntu and now am stuck in a bootloop.
Whatever rom I try to boot it kicks me back to the rom selection screen. It must be something wrong with multirom recovery because even when I select to boot into bootloader or even Shutdown the phone from the multirom menu it just bootloops to the same screen again.
I'd really appreciate any kind of help you can give, it's extremely important I don't lose my roms. I want to save the phone as is.
Any ideas? Would really appreciate it.
-Regards.
I can't install any version of Multirom through twrp recovery. It always gives me error 7.
I also can't install a new rom. It says "Failed to create rom folder(Read only file system)".
I flash the AK kernel succesfully but at the end it gives me these errors:
E: Unable to mount '/data'
Failed to mount /data partition!
Updating partition details...
E: Unable to mount '/data'
...done
E: Unable to mount storage
Click to collapse
Is there something rom with my file system?
Please, any idea would be really appreciated.
After the update of two Magisk scritp my telephone on reboot is stucked on logo.
By long pressing Vol Up + Power I can enter in recovery or fastboot mode.
I need to recover my data, I found a TWRP recovery that was ported to this phone but it is unable to decrypt my data.
I was able to perform a dump of all the data following this post:
Backup full firmware(ROM) of any MediaTek device using MTK client| Oppo reno6 5G | MT6877https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...sing-mtk-client-oppo-reno6-5g-mt6877.4406069/
When I boot in TWRP the recovery say:
Could not mount /data and unable to find crypto footer
Failed to mount '/data' (invalid argument)
Unable to recreate /data/media folder
Unable to mount /data/media/TWRP/.twrps
Failed to mount '/data' (invalid argument)
Failed to mount '/system_root' (Permission denied)
Click to collapse
Can somebody help me to correct the TWRP?
If I reinstall the OS with SP flash without deleting the user partition could I have access to all my data?
The system use an MT6873 chipset
Thanks
Reflashing an OS doesn't affect the user-data stored.
Reflashing change nothing, the phone is always stucked on Ulefone logo after reboot
