The phone shuts down when i turn it on and then continues to turn on and off. When on battery it turns off when the Sony logo appears. Same happens when connected to charger, but few times it stops doing that and starts charging the device. Turning the device on while it's charging (or when fully charged, but still connected to charger), it turns off after the boot animation (just before the lockscreen appears). I already tried repairing with Xperia Companion, but still the phone turns off when booting. When it charges it never starts from 0%, so i don't think the battery is bad. So what could be causing the problem?

Every time i try to plug my phone to charge it (after turning it off), it shows battery status for a couple seconds and then reboots, and does the same thing over again. This seems to be a loop i can't stop. Only way to charge it is to turn it one and plug it. What is happening?

I got a new screen module, a new battery, same ish though.
So if I plug it into the wall, or a portable battery charger, it starts to load, red charging LED comes on, and the screen comes on with SONY and then it shuts off and does it again. It's about a 2-3 second loop continuous.
If I plug it into my computer, the red led will either flash once and nothing happens, just one flash.. then another flash etc
or it will flash three times and again nothing happens, it just does that repetitively.
I can't seem to boot into safe mode. Even with PC Companion. I have tried pressing the OFF switch next to SIM and SD slot. Which both are empty.
Turning to you, XDA. Any ideas?
A week ago my Xperia was working normally with stock ROM, vinay's swap kernel, SuperSU... nothing strange. Last Saturday my phone was charging normally but then I noticed that battery was not charging: the screen was showing battery animation but percentage was not going higher. Then it turned off.
Since that when I connect my Xperia E3 to a charger or to a PC, battery animation appears but battery won't go over 3%.
Sometimes I get it charge in fastboot mode connected to any PC, but percentage does not reach 100% (it has reached 40%). I have unlocked bootloader and I have tried to flash both open and stock bootloader, but the result is the same.
When it turns on, it does not send any information over USB and does not detect any connection, but in Fastboot and Flash Mode it connects well.
What can I do?
Update: I left it discharging a week ago and today I've tried to power on and no it charges correctly . It seems like it was a hardware issue.

when i was charging my phone, suddenly display goes off slowly and red link blinks.
after facing this problem for like 4-5 mins, my phone doesnt boot up
whenever i turn it on sony logo appears and after few seconds it goes off and red light blinks 3 times and then stay red after 3rd blink.
i tried repairing it with sony companion (2 times) nothing worked.
but one night battery was drained completely because i left it with red led in a box.
and after few days i put it for charging and it booted up normally and after few mins it shutdown,
and on the next morning i tried to turn it on , it booted up and then it got hanged and then again shutdown with red light blinking.
On some random day i was on my pc, not aware of the fact that my Q6 had to be charged. I looked over and noticed that the battery died (the phone was in perfect condition and had never had problems before) but then when i tried charging it, it didn't turn back on.
Basically all it does now is show that it's charging, it then proceeds to try and turn on, it vibrates and the screen remains black, after about 2-5 minutes it vibrates again and again until i let the battery drain, then it just shows a battery icon with 0% on top of it.
I have tried booting into recovery or maybe plugging it into my pc but nothing worked, has anyone had experience with this and knows how to fix this?
