i wanna change the values of brightness on the slider,such as at 50% on the bar my screen has brightness of 120, 70% 150. because my screen become bright only on the last part of the slider and i want to personalize this bar. i have root and pixel experience (unofficial) on realme 6 pro

Anyone know how I can up the brightness 1 or 2 notches from the default Auto Adjust Backlight settings?
Basically I love the light sensor i.e. auto backlight adjustment feature but in a normal room I would like the backlight up 1 notch from the brightness based on my ambient light.
I can switch off the auto adjustment but when I go out into the bright sunlight, I can't read a single thing on screen until I go and max out the backlight manually.
Hope some one can "shed some light" on this! ;-) hahaha.

I am new to Android and just got a LG P769 L9 android phone from Tmobile.
The phone is great and running ICS 4.0.4. One thing that is troublesome is the brightness control and it does not have auto brightness like the Samsung phones. There is a list of quick toggle buttons on the power control tool on top of the notification pull down screen. It can quickly cycle through 3 levels: dim (0%), medium (50%), and full (100%).
Dim is great at night in dim area, but medium and full are just too bright except I am under direct sun light.
Is there anything I can use to change the default brightness level, say the medium to 25% or have a new level created for 25%?

I have small problem with my phone. I have the automatic screen brightness slider on 1/4. The problem can be seen, when i go outside: the screen brightness increases to a certain level but when i go back home, where it is darker than outside, the screen brightness is not reduced to a level that would suit me, is still mega bright. Only in quick-settings, when i turn off and then again on automatic screen brightness, the brightness of the screen gets adequate to the ambient brightness. Im on edgars xtrestolite 2.4 with unikernel v9.1. What's wrong?
Just got a OP6. When on the lockscreen, the screen is tinted a lighter shade, never come across this before and it reverts back when you unlock the phone. I don't have face unlock enabled. Is this normal?
Also, brightness under 100% is very dim, have to have it at 75% to be the same as my Moto Z Play on 20%. Is this new on 9.0?

Cheers for that. Can you disable tinted lockscreen? My OP5 didn't have that.
