I got a Nexus S 4G CDMA that's stuck on Google logo when it startup.
put into download mode ( pressing both volume up and volume down + power on ) but get this note :

Also flash via Odin, get this error
Try to Unlock the boot loader, I follow this guide to install adb & fastboot, PdaNet also installed.
When type " fastboot oem unlock " on CMD, phone ask to unlock bootloader, then i move to Yes option and confirm by pressing power button but nothing happened.
Please help me..,

UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Power on the phone.

3. Check Samsung modem in device manager, install drivers if needed.
4. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock or 'Read codes' to read security codes.
To reset Google account activation or Samsung reactivation lock:
1. Power on phone in download mode (turn off phone, press vol.down + home + power).
2. Connect phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
3. Press 'Reset FRP/React/EE' to deactivate Google/Samsung/EE account activation lock.
(Sometimes needs to perform 'wipe data/factory reset' once more, to complete this locks removal.)

How unlock bootloader on alcatel v1 5001D 2019?When i use fastboot oem unlock command or fastboot flashing unlock on adb i get this error:

Fastboot is not standardized, means Fastboot isn't equal Fastboot: how it's implemented depends on OEM/Carrier, it's not always the version as with a bootloader based off the latest AOSP code.
And most OEMs/Carriers nowadays have implemented their own version. Thus you can't expect that the Fastboot commands / options listet and described on hundreds of websites as also here on XDA are working.
Unlocking device's bootloader must be granted by OEM/carrier: have you checked this?

Only if returned value is 1 it's supported.
BTW: Fastboot and ADB are 2 totally different things, don't confuse them.

For me it looks that ADB isn't got enabled on phone by you: Android Settings -> Developer options -> Allow USB debugging -> ON

Actually Allow Usb Debbuging and OEM Unlock are both on.

If not done yet, install the Android USB Driver provided by OEM for this Android device, too

what are the correct tools? I use the following: https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools
(platform-tools_r31.0.3-windows.zip)

@Miustone should unlock commands be entered in menu fastboottd? (I'm doing it right that way)

I think You need to do that in Bootloader Mode. Just Turn Off Your Phone, hold VolumeUP and Connect it while Holding VolumeUP to USB. You will See a Blue LED on Your Device. That's it... You can also visit My Discord Server. People there will Help You too If needed! Good Luck!

I am fairly new to flashing and rooting android devices. I managed to root my tablet a few months ago using the following sc00ter98 procedure:

But after that I noticed that my tablet no longer received Android updates, I wanted to manually update Android using the LMSA utility. I made a backup of my data before that so I could afford to lose everything. But once the process was finished my system won't boot anymore. In fact I am stuck on a menu at startup not knowing what to do.

This is the only menu I have access to. I can change the "START" with volume buttons and there are :
Restart bootloader
Recovery Mode
Power off
Boot to FFBM
Boot to QMMI
But watherver I choose, this only reboot the tablet and then go back to this menu.
I would then very much need your know-how if you please!
