it's looking like flashing the stock firmware is the only way to fix the totally borked wifi and bluetooth on this device, but I get the error above in sp flash tool after holding volume down and power (the only combination that gets any result at all) on the device after clicking download and connecting the device.
edit: alright now I'm totally lost. getting this emi settings version error after fixing the previous error and I can't find a single instance of this error being mentioned by anybody in any context with any search engine I've used. this is baffling.
anybody with experience using sp flash tool mind helping me out? you'd save the day big time, really wanting to get this thing up and running again and this is day 3 of trying to fix it.

Either you have the wrong firmware or a higher bootloader than whats on the device already be aware I do not think Xfinity has released a bit 5 yet But what is the error
I also am a xfinity user so i know a bit about those devices

S6 not able to see/do anything besides going into download mode

Hey there.
So I've got this galaxy S6 (SM-G920F) which had some weird graphical glitches. Tried to update the firmware with Samsung Switch. Shortly before it was done it failed. Since then the only thing the phone reacts to is the download mode.

Looks like this, (definitely is the download mode though, half the screen worked for a moment) which is similar with the graphical glitches I mentioned. Is this even software related?
I tried Odin to no avail. Stops after starting NAND write. This might be caused by the wrong rom though, I'm downloading others to test it. Will update (with the messages Odin gives) after I tested an other rom.
What do you mean by "stops"?
Lag? Or fail?
It's known that your phone will not allow any kind of downgrading.
You should flash a firmware that's higher - or at least the same - than what you already had.
Use latest Odin.
