Question ROM (10) Suzu AOSP stable on xperia x 5121 does not support my sd card? - General Questions and Answers

My greetings to all,
I have a problem regarding the android 10 AOSP ROM on my xperia x (suzu).
I installed the ROM and everything is working fine if I can say it like that. Except my problem is the Sd card which is not supported. And he asks me to format it. What I did with a message which subsequently states that I can use my card now on the phone. Except that I still have nothing, not even a trace of the SD card in the file manager. Could you help me? I really like this ROM and would like to keep it. If there is a possible solution, please help me. I am attaching some screenshots to messages I got with the SD card. I also specify that to flash the ROM I have to send everything on the SD card and use TWRP to flash it. The SD card shows up well on my computer and the Oreo 8.0 Stock ROM on the phone itself. I have to format the SD card in Fat32, exFat, Ntfs but still nothing. I tell myself that maybe it is the ROM which does not accept the sd card. Ah yes I was going to forget, to flash the ROM, I used the kernel of android 9 pie and I don't have another SD card to check if it works or not with another. I also admit that I am not too good at handling. I just came across a tutorial here that I followed(rom-10-suzu-aosp-stable) . Thank you and sorry for taking so long.

Problem with SD and SD ext mounting

OK, I got everything set up and it boots within 30 sec with my Gingerbread based MROM. But, I do not know why it can not show how much space my SD card (not the external one) has in the setting and it says that the SD card is unmounted. And for the camera, when I open it, it says that I have to put a SD card in order to use it (I assume that it refers to the external one), but my external SD card is already in my phone. Also, in the music app, when I open it, it says that my SD card is busy, which one it refers to? However, in the file manager, I still can able to see everything inside my external SD card while it says the SD card (not the external one) is empty. Really confusing... Can you guys explain all these?

if everything was working fine before you flashed the rom your on id start there..try restoring your backup and make sure you wipe caches and factory reset before the restore then see if everything is working..if so then reflash the rom and dont forget the caches wipe and factory before the flash.if its still not right maybe you have a bad download of the rom..try redownloading it or flash a different rom see how that works...also to be on the safe side wipe everything twice ..that way nothing gets left over that can cause glitches like that

[Q] Media Scanner doesn't detect external SD Card. Certain apps can't read files

Recently, I installed a custom ROM (Xperia Z Fusion) for my aging Xperia miro. I installed everything such as the ROM itself, the required GAPPS, and a certain ROM Mod for the said ROM (also from the dev himself). Now, my media scanner can't detect the External SD card.
I've also noticed that when I connected the phone to my PC, the PC can't read the External SD Card as well.
But when directly connect the External SD Card to the PC itself (using a Card reader), it can read the SD cards. Fortunately, the files weren't corrupted by any means.
How can I solve this?
EDIT
One thing that I've also noticed thus far: Before, the phone recognizes my phone memory as phone memory (derp). But now, it is recognized as Internal Memory, and Internal Memory is now recognized as SD Card.
All rom have bugs . I think the best decision for you is to back on stock rom

[Completed] Cannot access Internal Storage after adopting external SD Card as Internal Storage.

Hello, everyone!
I am in a desperate need of help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I formatted my external SD Card as Internal Storage on my device running Android 6.0 as I though it would be pretty cool.
But then I realized that I wont be able to use my true Internal Storage for storage purposes. So, I just removed my SD Card from the Micro SD Card slot and switched ON my mobile to see if that fixed everything. But of course, it made it worse.
After that, I decided to wipe my ROM and just flash the same ROM again (it was CM 13). But that did not work too!
I flashed a lollipop ROM (CM 12.1) and that made everything come back to normal. But I still cannot access my internal storage in Marshmallow ROMS.
Please help somebody. I am not an expert in this stuff. This is the first mobile I have ever rooted or flashed a custom ROM on.

All I want is for my SM-J500Y to work and be able to runs a few apps!

Hi,
I have the 8Gb version of the Galaxy J5 (SM-J500Y) and am experiencing the same problem of low internal memory that everyone else seems to be. I have a 64Gb micro SD but my computer is not recognising an SD card in the built-in SD card reader (nor does it recognise the internal camera but that's a separate issue- since windows 10 upgrade)
After doing a little research, I think I understand that MiniTool Partition Wizard should see the SD card when USB linked if it is first rooted (I could be wrong). Other option is I could go buy a card reader or get the reader working. Tips welcome.
Either way it needs to be rooted before I can use Link2SD. As I understand it, I can root the thing, but only from Android 5.1.x builds. I tried rooting it from Android 6.1 and killed it. Was able to resuscitate it with the Kies App, but can only recover it to the latest Android (6.1)... so I end up at square one: unrooted and not able to root.
How do I get it working in Android 5.1.x so I can root it? How can I partition the SD card (preferably by getting the internal reader working)? And then which is the best ROM to flash? I'm leaning toward the Cyanogenmod 12.1 I found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...m-cyanogenmod-12-1-samsung-galaxy-j5-t3468830 mostly because it seems stable and lite.
Help please. TIA
Anyone?
Even a little help to get me started would be awesome...

[Help] Error with MicroSD on any android 10 custom ROM

Hello XDA community. I have an issue with my MicroSD card on any Android 10 custom ROMs. I can't use my MicroSD card as internal storage. On a fresh install of some Android 10 based ROM, when I try to format my SD card for use it as internal storage, seems everything goes normal but in a while, when I reboot my phone several times the SD card gets corrupt, the phone stops recognise the card and I can't use it any longer. This error happens to me on every Android 10 custom ROM that I try to install and use it. Even I tried to low-level format my card but nothing happens, the error is the same and due this I'm not able to use the latest versions of android 10 on my Moto Osprey device. Someone could help me please to fix this issue?
I habe the same problem. With LOS 14.1 it works, with LOS 17.1 it doesn't.

I've had SD cards as Internal but I don't like the system myself and I've even had them split with some of the SD card as Internal and some as Portable using,
Auto-formatting SDCard to Internal and SD Card storage - this is the easiest way format your memory card, to use it as a internal memory and removable media at the same time!
