Anytime I get a call, the sound cuts out in the beginning. I've included a video of the issue.
https://youtube.com/shorts/GefkuTMKwl4
The way for me to replicate the issue is when I recieve any phone call fron any phone number. It doesn't matter what ringtone I use. If I ring my device using phone locater or google device manager, it rings normally. The issue as seen in the video is the two pauses when the ring starts to play. I've tried to call the phone when the phone is both sleeping or unlocked and it's always the same thing.
Be advised that I had this exact same problem with my previous S10e phone the last month that I owned it. I am wondering if it is linked to the android 11 update but can't be sure. The phone number in the video doesn't need to be censored as it is a public number I believe. I am in the US and have an s21 + with the snapdragon cpu on Sprint. I've already submitted a ticket.
I've edited the post to add more details and a video of the issue.

Hey guys!
I’m using Samsung SM-G920FD already 2 years abt. running updated Android 7.0.
Got a following problem, Whenever I’m intended to make an outgoing call trying to call a friend of mine, my phone refuses to do so. It starts the process of call but freeze on stage of dialing picture mode and no beep tone or nothing is going on afterwards, as If I or the subscriber is offline. Although, the network signal level is at high and no any indications of malfunctions by phone are being shown.
Thus, the only fix solution I found I immediately restart my phone and only then can make/receive calls.
What could be the reason of such behavior and how to fix this annoying problem.
Thanking in you advance and looking forward to hear your solutions soonest.
Regards,

Hello everyone,
So I upgraded my phone and as a result went from Marshmallow to Pie, and was told by my call recipients that they can hear a beep (couldn't be heard before). After little research I found this: https://www.xda-developers.com/android-p-call-recording-tone-support-record-phone-calls-lawfully/ Looks like Google has done what they've promised...
The tone is a 1400Hz note that will play every fifteen seconds if the carrier enables it. It works by detecting the package name of a call recording app using the previously linked API. If any such package is detected, then the outgoing call will have the tone played to warn the other end that their call may be recorded. The tone will be automatically played depending on carrier configuration, which is determined by the SIM card.

Now I need to stop this beeping, and coulnd't think of a better place than XDA to ask for help. Any ideas?
Google Pixel 3, 181205 update, rooted, Vodafone UK, using ACR Pro to record.

I am on Verizon and have CDMA-Less profile enabled. However, my incoming calls (and some outbound calls) are often not working. What i mean by this is that I hear the person on the other end of the line as garbled noise, not necessarily static, but more just jumbled electronic noises. The other person says I sound fine. Hanging up and calling back doesn't resolve the issue. If i voice call over Duo it works. Running latest 9.5.11 and the update still didn't solve the issue. This doesn't occur all of the time, but it is more often than not.
I see no one has replied and my reply won't be much help but let you know I've had my OP7 pro since release on Verizon with no issues at all after the CDMA less setting. Possibly toggle on and off the air plane mode after it happens and try the call back. Just a shot maybe.
Try calling Verizon and get them to sync the account. There might be some configuration error on the billing/technical side. I've seen this work for a couple people who described the same issue you are currently having.
Just an update. I went to Verizon and had a new SIM installed. Did a couple test calls using the phones there without issue. Attempted calling my wife and issue sprung up again calling her S10+. Tested calling their S10+ in the store without issue. Tried calling wife again and had the same problem.
Later went to another Verizon store and could not duplicate the problem, but switched her SIM card anyway.
Did a little research on the S10+ and it seems the problem may be related the phone set to Global vs. LTE/CDMA. Changed her setting to LTE/CDMA and haven't had the issue happen. Calls also seem to sound better too when i call her.
Very strange all around.
I received a call while I was working, I could not answer. I could not answer because I was busy working. I didnt want to answer because I did not know the number. Not being able to answer, the caller left a voicemail. Which turned out to be a blessing in disguise because Im still able to listen to it via voicemail. If I were to have answered I would have thought someone butt dialed me and thought nothing of it and hung up. But after listening to it, I realized that it was my voice and hers.
At first I thought maybe my girlfriends apartment was bugged for whatever reason. The people shes renting from are very reputable. So we went and checked everywhere. Nothing. However, I thought to myself how would they get MY phone number if it is not affiliated in any way to her apartment or where she lives.
So that leads me to think that something may be on my phone. I have since factory reset my phone. The crazy thing about this whole situation is that the conversation that was recorded was from TWO DAYS ago. Who has my number? How are they able to record me? Do I just wait to see if I receive another call? I wont be putting any sensitive information on the device for fear of it being compromised. If I do get another call, Ive already decided Im destroying this one and buying another phone.
I never opened any weird emails. Never downloaded any weird apps. Never opened any links in any received texts. Im on Android 10 on a One Plus 7.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
here's a possibility - you and your girlfriend were talking and then you butt-dialed someone and it went to their voicemail. That person decided to call you and playback the voicemail. Look in your call log for an outgoing call that you don't recognise at the time of your conversation with your gf.

I hadnt thought of that, I checked the records, and there was no butt dial. I called the number that called me and it said it was no longer in service. Looking at the records on my cell providers site and there was no record of that number ever calling me. Which leads me to believe it was spoofed.
So this is a weird situation. My wife and I both have a Galaxy S20 and go through T-Moblie. Just recently, my wife's phones starts to ring as if she is making a call on speakerphone but she wasn't even touching her phone.
After 3 or 4 rings, it clicks and stops. We've checked her call log and there is no record of an outgoing call.
We've restarted the phone. We've checked various app and settings but honestly have no idea what we're even looking for.
When we first got our phones, we notice that they don't make a notification sound for texts unless we set an individual ring tone per contact.
However, we've had these phones for 4 or so years and this just started less than a month ago. As far as my wife recalls, she hasn't had an update and one isn't available. Her last update was May 24, 2023.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
