Samsung Galaxy S4 mini — Pintas azuis na Imagem quando se tira fotografias

Boa tarde
Nos ultimos dias a tirar fotografias, quando esta mais escuro, aparecem uma pintas azuis no ecra, mas so
acontece com a camera principal, com a frontal nao acontece. Ja instalei outro firmware, ja instalei outro programa de camera, mas continua na mesma.
Alguem saberá do que é? Ou simplesmente a camera marou de vez?
Fico admirado é que mesmo uma foto a tapar a camera se vêm os pontos.

Tengo un P9 lite (VNS L23) que me lo regalo un colega del trabajo, pero este encendía y entraba a modo recovery y no actualizaba, al momento de querer actualizar o instalar el software este me da error y me dice que no puede actualizarse, he tratado de actualizarlo directamente y aun por la micro SD y aun nada....
Al momento de tratar de bajar software directo me dice que no se puede y da un error al querer descargarlo por WIFI
