When I am calling sometimes it doesn't catch perfect and shows call ended and when someone call me back it shiw my phone is switched ogg

If you're on stock OS, you need to unlock your phone first, then you will need a custom recovery, you can get the TWRP from link above.
If you're coming from stock OS or another ROM, you need to do Format Data, also make sure to backup before installing this ROM.
