As I've observed, as apps which detect root or custom ROMs do work fine as if you're on a certified device:
Also, is there a way to flip the navigation bar? I prefer the old orientation myself.
Switch to Havoc Os for more customization. Is the same pixel base with a lot of amazing stuff.

There, found it! And one more thing: Is it possible to use the other cameras around the back, especially with GCam? The other camera modules do appear to be detected, but I couldn't find any option to make use of them as done with stock.

I had a thought about PUBG Mobile performing root/custom ROM checks as it is a popular game and as such is rife for cheating, so out of boredom and curiosity I decided to test it out as well:
And have you also considered porting /e/ or GrapheneOS to the RMX2020 as well? Seeing how some people are interested in gutting out the bloatware Realme pushes to their phones, there's some potential for said OSes to be ported.
Or if you really are that adventurous you could also try porting postmarketOS to it.

please add an option to hide the navigation bar on the bottom, using gboard with the empty space on the bottom is hell.
edit: also, i can't disable the selfie camera open/close sound which is VERY annoying. please fix AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
edit2: system sometimes feels like 30fps, when on other roms i never had that problem.
edit3: can't seem to find the option to disable always on display. very annoying.

I am using the ROM but when I have the phone to my ear the flap goes down and it becomes a drag.
This aspect should be improved.
Another thing is the fingerprint that only works after waking up the phone.
i want to install this rom.., I'm coming xiaomi.eu version20.9.17 beta.,do I need to flash first a firmware or I just need to wipe everything then flash this rom?

While charging my device gets heated up excessively(doesn't happen when charging in shutdown) and also while normal use. Please update it ASAP otherwise my phone will blast.

Hey I too have faced similar problem but found a temporary solution.
1.First you need to root your phone with latest magisk
2. Install any root explorer (MiX preferred )
3.Open root explorer and give root permission
4. Find the folder named GXFP (root>>vendor>>persist>>data>>GXFP)
5.Open GFXP folder delete all three files
6.Now restart your mobile and check in fingerprint section (If the option doesn't appear, restart again and regain until it appears but dont delete the files)
*Note: It's a temporary fix . It breaks after a normal restart and you need follow from the step 5 if it has been broken after a restart
For the proof am attaching the screenshots
clean flash v3.8 and there is notif about "android system there is an internal problem with your device".
Just my feeling but v3.8 is less stable than v3.6
HI all, iam new to rooting, Iam currently on MIUI 10.2.2.0 global, If i unlock bootloader, wipe everything and install this rom, will everything work ? Can i use it as daily driver? Its my only phone thats why. 4G data with Jio sim and calls over Volte all works right?

Use "pixel experience rom for land" search google
First unlock bootloader.
Lot of instructions from previous post.
volte goes whenever i connect to wifi , any fix for this
IR Blaster not working after flashing the Rom. Request anyone to please suggest any solution.

Consistently tried LineageOS 18.1, Pixel Experience 11, PixelPlusUI.
LineageOS 18.1 fast, super battery, but ascetic.
Pixel Experience 11 nice Pixel interface, but with the latest update is surprisingly laggy and battary drain.
PixelPlusUI is almost as fast as LineageOS, and functional as Pixel Experience 11, even more. Good Battery.

FOX_EAS - 4.9
After one week of use this rom, unfortunately its start freezing...
I flashed FOX_EAS - 4.9 (tnx Per5on for this) and rom speed up.
How long be effect from kernel? I don't know.
There are other MODs of FOX_EAS you can use.
