ADB: "device not found" help me please (Bot loop)

If you reboot it from fastboot with a command the bootloader will automatically blocked and you will have a locked bootloader with a twrp

I installed adbdrivers because I was not sure if the tool will do that for me. Drivers are here: http://adbdriver.com/downloads/
I connected the phone (started) and adb showed a green icon so drivers were already there.
I retried again, in fastboot mode and it worked like charm! Great tool!!

Twrp for Realme 8 5g

Good morning. I recently bought a Realme 8 5g and would like to root from TWRP. I can't find the right recovery for my smartphone but I found the Poco M3 Pro 5G recovery, could it work on my phone?

Have you looked into this? It does seem to be working except for the touch. So it could maybe be what you're looking for.

I guess not! So far I understand we (I'm also using Realme 8 5G) need TWRP made specifically for the phone model and brand. Even TWRP msde for other models of the same brand cannot be used! Btw, I'm waiting for TWRP for Realme 8 5G.

Please do not try to flash any custom recovery which is not meant for your phone model! Doing so will turn the phone to an expensive brick! There is good news for you! I have just found the TWRP Recovery for Realme 8 5G at twrp.me site (https://twrp.me/realme/realme85g_narzo305g.html)!

Amigos una vez instale TWRP para mi realme 8 5g buscando solucionar un problema que provoque al instalar un paquete rollback RMX_11_A_14. No me fijé que era de la India ,una vez iniciado el teléfono ya no reconoció ninguno de los operadores que funciona en mi país (Venezuela).
Ahi comencé a investigar y no he podido instalar el firmware correcto para esta región, usando REALME FLASH TOOL, me da el siguiente mensaje can't find Direct...... Algo así,
Me tocó descargar TWRP para REALME 8 5g, logré instalar, sucede que reinicie el y ya no me reconoció la clave, según es porque una vez instalado TWRP tenia que hacer un wipi phone reset a user data para borrar contraseñas.

Ahora quiero instalar nuevamente TWRP y no puedo, el bootloader está desbloqueado.
quiero saber si instalando TWRP puedo actualizar o instalar cualquier firmware RMX3241 versiones compatibles con Venezuela o Latinoamérica.
