I have a ProDVX 88102004.104 Rockchip, RK3188, 8 GB, 2 GB, 10.1 ", 1280 x 800 pixels, multi-touch tablet with Android 5.1.1
It has the rockchip RK3188 chipset.
Does anyone have a clue if it's even possible to upgrade this to a newer android version? The tablet is rooted and all.
Hint: Replace this thread's title by ProDVX APPC-10DSQ Can it be upgraded?

How do you tell what PX Model you have based on the about screen?

IMHO RK3368=PX5 ; RK3399=PX6.
Also, unless you are using a modded rom, I'm pretty sure android 9 is on px5 while 10 is on px6
The "rk3368" indicates that it is a PX5. The Android version does not necessarily indicate which processor you have. The PX6 units would have rk3399.

I have the CPU-Z app on the phone that says the SOC is MediaTek MT6737 1.30 GHz, 4 cores , 4x ARM [email protected] GHz GPU Renderer Mali-T720
But when I validate it with the app I get Device X10 Android version 6, SOC Model MediaTek MT6735.
It would be a great help if any one can help me with rooting this mobile phone

Both mentioned tablets based on Snapgragon SoC are running Android OS out-of-the-box on an ARM system. AFAIK a dual-boot method isn't available.
But you can run Windows OS on top of Android via a Windows-emulator like Limbo PC Emulator what allows to run Windows OS v10.
