Hello everybody,
I have bought new MATE 9 and i have discovered problem to connect it to my TV Philips 55PUS7181 via mirrorshare.
Both devices are connected to the same wi-fi, also googlecast function with youtube is working, but I cant connect it together via mirrorshare, that I can see mobile desktop on the TV.
It started to look for aviable devices, but my TV is not visible there. I have also tried to install some aplication from Google store for desktop sharing and there it is working, but connection is not stabil, for example video playing ist clicking.
I tried to ask Philips and Huawei customer service, but without answer.
Im really angry because I bought a phone for 700 Eur and i cant use it for sharing !
Has somebody the similar problem or can somebody help me ?

What exactly are you trying to Mirror? Videos to play from your phone or watch movies? Or are you trying to just show your screen to show pictures, etc? If it's videos, download Bubble UPnP. It works very well for casting. Click on the left pull down arrow where it shows Local Renderer and select your Phillips TV as default. Then try playing a video to cast.
I have same problem with Sony TV. 4k video have problem. Pictures show only black screen. Mirror screen when working not show in horizontal orientation. On my another phone Nubia Z11 works everything. Mate 9 very bad experience.

I would like to show my phone screen, to show pictures, videos, or play games etc.

My friends have LG, or XIAOMI phones, it works absolutely without problems to pair them with this TV
Mate 9 have more problems then positive. Maybe I change team. See in new firmware. Ill wait month.
Connecting fine with my LG TV 55LB650V, Apple TV 2 and Chromecast 2.

I also tested it with Samsung TV, without any problems.. just with Philips..
Is this Philips TV an Android smart TV?

No issues with my Android TV boxes, Vizio or Samsung box.
My 2 year old would kill me for frozen.

Yes it is Android smart TV Philips 55PUS7181.
Have the same problem with Sony Android Tv, using MirrorShare option from taskbar
Even if your Android TV says there are no updates available try opening the PlayStore and searching for 'Google Cast Receiver'. I did and sure enough there was an updated version.
This might be totally unrelated to your problem but it did fix some issues I was having casting from my Mate 9 to a brand new Sony Android TV.

Mate 9 definitely works with Chromecast protocol so if TV works with Android TV it should work
I have the same issue with a Philips 55PUS6561/12 TV and with a Huawei P9 phone. Youtube's Cast for example works perfectly fine, but the phone's Mirrorshare function cannot find my TV. Has anyone found a solution to this?

In my Huawei Watch 2 ... it work. I installed the app on the watch using a Google Play Store. The same on the smartphone (Don't install the Encore release. The free basic apk). The Huawei and the smartphone are connected by bluetooth. Shazam only recognizes a song, if the smartphone is paired by bluetooth conection.

Hi how can i connect/pair my fossil gen4 watch on my p40 pro without GMS. I don't mine about unable to download apps from play store etc. Just want to have basic functions like notifications from p40 to the watch and able to sync date and time.

I'm using my p40 pro with a Ticwatch pro 3 gps but I have some problems.
I have GMS thanks to googlefier and Bender007 of course
When I want to pair officially my watch through Wear OS, I'm unable to copy my google account so I can't use playstore assistant etc on the watch
So I found the tips who permit to pair a watch without factory resetting and now I have my google account on the watch but the I don't have internet connection on the watch through bluetooth phone so when I'm out from home I can't use google pay or assistant.
Is there someone with the same problem ?

Hello, like how you can sideload the Pixel watch APK to get the pixel watch faces on any other Wear OS watch, does anyone have the links to any other watch APKs? Specifically after the APKs for the standard watches on other Wear OS smart watches.
Fossil, Huawei, TAG APKs etc. I remember there were some around for the Asus watch years ago but I've lost them
I have the Fossil ones.. I am looking for a copy of Pandora for wear os. It use to be on the playstore but Google took it off because Pandora stopped supporting it. So if you have it on your watch or have a way to get it from a friend or online somewhere let me know been looking high and low for it.
