Hi everyone
I've bought this phone recently and I noticed that there's an always on dolby effect for speakers no matter is it ringing or playing music it's on and there's no option anywhere to get rid of that.
Anybody else notice this ?
How can i get rid of this?

Hi everyone,
I got one problem and i see many people got this. When i upgrade my G930FD to android 7 , sometime i got no sound call or message sound (just vibrate). I must restart my phone and it back working normal but after some day, error again. I had read on xda, some people advise put phone to high performance mode or game mode and i had try but still error again. It only appear on android 7. Anyone have idea for solve this issue?
When listening to a WhatsApp Voice Message via earpiece (i.e. proximity sensor) and another message arrives or any other notification, the audio is routed to the louder speaker for few seconds (length of notification audio) then routed back earpiece. So everybody around will hear that audio message.
This is extremely annoying is privacy disaster . Is it happening anyone ? Does anyone know how to solve?
Phone: Xiaomi Mi 5
All roms are affected (even AOSP ROMs)
i face this problem too. i feel that it is not whatsapp's problem but how the firmware handles notifications itself. i may be wrong though
Any thoughts of this guy's?
I have the exact same problem on my Nexus6P for a while. I'm not sure, but I think since I bought it. The same happened to a friend of mine with his Nexus5X. Haven't been able to solve it yet.
My only workaround is to react quickly to take the phone off my ear and resume the audio once the notification ringtone has finished playing.
no luck so far? I wonder how is this tolerated by millions of users? it's quite annoying :crying:
Sound
I got this problem too, but only in LineageOS builds, and I've reported this to the developer of my ROM (Moto G4 Play - Harpia) and he didn't understand the issue. On Pixel Experience ROM there ir no such a problem.
Media sound has stopped working completely and no audio on calls too.
However calls on speaker work fine and notification and alarm sound are audible.
and headset icon appeared on the status bar even when not connected...I tried removng the headset on and off a few times but it didnt go
Even after rooting the phone the headset icon disappeared but media sound is still not there
so far i have tried resurrection remix and pixel experience roms and both work fine except for media sound.
pleaze provide a solution asap....currently i am on pixel experience rom based on android pie
Thanks in advance
Hey there i'm new here, i recently just bought realme 5 pro and it's and amazing phone imo, so my question is from my last phone realme 3 pro there is small problem that make it different like realme 3 pro that i didn't know it is default by system or not the system sound like charging didn't work and low battery ringing on small volume, the phone not muted and vibration mode not like my last phone the charging sound work perfectly maybe someone can help me fix this if it's just a bug or tell me is normal, sorry for bad english and thank you in advance.
Edit: never mind i just fix it already the sound merged with media volume, but my old phone (realme 3 pro) didn't do that is there any way to separate it?
You can't separate
So I've got a weird situation here, play back volume for wired and bt Earphones is low, but if I pause a song and hit play again the volume is loud in the first milliseconds.
Also if I am hearing something and activate screen record also I can hear loud, so it seems software issue and I can't find a way to fix it, and I need your help.
I am currently on emui 11 and I think I had the same problem since emui 10.
Already tried bt settings on programming mode and also with dolby sound app (tbh I can't find any difference with the dolby on or off)
No one with P40?
