Hi everyone,
I like to install GMS on my phone again. I tried Gspace and Dualspace but not happy with that. Currently I have emui 11 installed on my p40 pro. So was trying to downgrade but it is not possible to install the required version of Hisuite on my laptop using Windows 10. Only older versions of Hisuite will install. But if Hisuite ,when working wants to install newest version, it stops working. Version 11.0.0500 and 510 will not install on my laptop. Anyone any idea?
Thanks already

I did get it on mine and I think I just switched off the firewall and it installed fine, then turn it back on straight away.

Unfortunally this wasn't working. Thanks for the option.
Strange thing is that all exe files work accept the Hisuite files.

sideloading has suddenly stop working for me, the Chevron app shows that I am unlock but I keep receiving the same error as if the device had never been connected to my PC. the only thing that has changed to my system (PC) was the Mango update. I uninstalled and reverted back to the old zune software to in case it was the new update. I even started over with a different phone that is currently pre NoDo and still no luck. and no skype running

When you update to mango you had installed and the Windows Phone DevTools 7.1 beta
You must remove it and install the previous version with all the patches and updates as it was before mango to be able to sideload apps from your system again.
first of all, you will want to post the error code message and/or look for it to find some help.
also here we have the problem that sideloading does not work anymore, after mango update.
now, you say that another different phone is also not working?
interresting...
change usb port, or use another computer/ reinstall windows.
i maybe would try in vm too...

that is wrong
- i successfully downgraded to 7004, unlocked, protected, deployed & updated to nodo & mango with mango sdk 7.1 installed, i only used zune 4.7 because of backups...
also in the thread i mentiond someone already reinstalled sdk & zune and nothing has changed for him.
So I got me mate 10 lite and was a really happy with it.
Then I upgraded to oreo and that when things went downhill. Games started lagging and stuttering and sometimes crash. So I wanted to downgrade with hisuit but when I clicked on update it didn't ask to switch to another version. And I don't want to use a unofficial naugat firmware. I followed huawies manual and did everything correctly. Nothing worked please help. I have a RNE-L21. Someone please help. I factory reset to have all normal settings and apps and still nothing worked.
Several days ago I upgraded my H9 to b373. Root works good with magisk and also with @phhusson's super user. So I decided to use treble ROM PIE v104. Installation was succesful. I also installed @JBolho's kernel and the ROM works just great. I used it for more then three days without any problems. And on today's morning the phone was switched off eventhough yesterday baterry was on 46%. So I put it on charger and wait an hour. And then when I try to switched it on the phone bootloops and ends in stock recovery. So I flashed back stock ROM b373. Instalation process went just fine but right after signing to google account phone's display goes totally black, only capacitive buttons lighted. I try to reboot, then the phone boot normaly but after it boots up I see only baterry with 0%. So I try one more factory reset but it didn't help. So I relock the phone and it boot up and behaves normal and baterry was on 32%. And I try to relock bootloader and same problem appears - black screen and zero baterry. Now I'm back on b369 (unlocked bootloader) that is from my experience the best one and I dont face any problems.
So be careful

I installed it through @zxz0O0's HURupdater, so I didn't verify compatibility.
I don't have any problem with B373 + TWRP 3.2.1-0 [0.3] + Magisk v17.1 Root
I'm almost sure that B374 will be out in the next days for C432 model, is already out for C635.

How did you get FF to work? I've tried both VPN and DNS method and neither works.
It was written 1000 times I think, Firmware Finder works only to download the firmware that will be flashed via TWRP, DNS or Proxy method are dead.
C432B373's working fine here, no problem at all.
OP could be wrong...

No DNS method works fine , FF doesnt like android 8 but works fine with 7 . Use Hisuite to downgrade from 8 to 7 then FF to update through DNS

I'm not 100% sure that b373 caused my problem, but it happened when I was on it and downgrading to b369 solved it.
Sent from my STF-L09 using XDA-Developers Legacy app

@zxz0O0's HuRUpdater could be used for both directions - upgrade and downgrade.
I have recently changed phones and given my Honor 8 to my daughter.
She loves things like snapchat and other social apps.... She is in high school....
Come to find out my rooted stock, with Xposed TWRP , does not like things like snapchat.
So figured would flash newest Oreo on it or a custom rom , then probably do a magisk install. At least that would give me some root options.
Problem is I have tried updating via updater, that didnt work.
And hear that Honor 8 has bootloader lock issues (Found out how to do this from XDA so that may not be an issue).
TWRP (at least the version I have) does not do a nandroid backup.
I would like to save the apps on there but do have them backed up with TB.
I do NOT want to screw up the process of updating and want to do it best and easiest way possible.
What are my best options for doing this ?
Thank you

since 7-8days ago, Firmware finder server is down and we dont have access to it links so, you should wait for it to get back online and use oreo links
but the best instruction i have find is this one :

Snapchat fails because it detects root and xposed. So you could just use magisk hide and delete xposed.

Yes I tried that , but didnt work right. So deciding on just flashing the entire thing over to Oreo.
One of the things I am wondering is what happens if I do a data wipe, and full Oreo flash from TWRP. Will it work or mess things up.
I finally have a hold of the phone today. so doing a full TB right now.
Trying to get a phone out of a hands of a teenager......
oops is EMUI 4.1

I flashed firmware over from Huawei website. and now it is on stock , all with apps staying, no root and stock recovery and locked.
When doing an update VIA settings it tells me everything is up to date.
Will keep working with it ,
Need not to try to do shortcuts and take my time instead. May learn something....
Looks like latest official update is EMUI 4.1 /android 6 Is that right?
So I just got the EU version of the X50 Pro, and wanted to remove some of the bloatware that is preinstalled. I've done that sucessfully before (on a couple of Xiaomi devices), so am very familiar with the process.
However it doesn't seem to matter what I uninstall, when the device is rebooted, it gets stuck in a bootloop before going to the recovery screen where I'm forced to perform a factory reset and start again.
The device isn't rooted, and I'm running Android 11 (build version RMX2075EU_11_C.20), with RealMe UI v2.0, and am using the latest ADB platform-tools (r31.0.2).
Has anyone managed to successfully debloat this device when using Android 11 ? If so, are there any things you didn't remove, or did you disable rather than uninstall ?

Try to use the ADB AppControl. There is several levels of bloatware removal. Works good with Realme.
