Hey man, it's been an hour since my final reboot and I'm still stuck at realme boot-up logo, I've flashed the ROM and Magisk with no problem reported. This started to scare me, is this normal for the first-time boot?

Ok, I'm done. Now everything is fine, my phone boot up normally and I'm able to finished the initial setup. Now my question is, can I install the Magisk now? I'm quite fond of a rooted device, does this OS benefited much from the rooted device? Thanks

I have a two problems:
1) In settings not have nfc icon
Gpay register a card after i hide magisk, bit he write is not complite
(I try gpay in next day, maybe it works)
In settings in status bar nfc icon is gray
2) Fingerprint disable after first reload and no working
Rom work perfectly, is most better then bullsheet stock
Please fix it bug
So I couldn't resist trying this out, and it seems to work fine so far.
Problem is that I'm left with this orange state warning thing which I'd like to get rid of. Is it possible to remove that warning without reverting back to stock?

Here are few things you can do to save some battery-
1. turn off mobile data/wifi
2. turn on battery saver.
3. kill all the background running services.
4. set cpu max frequency to 998MHz or so.
5. turn off location.
6. use greenify.
7. disable tap to wake.
8. disable pocket detection.
9. disable ambient display.
10. disable vibration systemwide.
11. set brightness to minimum but still comfortable.
12. look for wake locks and block them (with caution)
And a lot of things could be done to save a little battery on this old POS. As we all have came a long way and almost everyone has enough exp to be condescending about flashing rooting and all this stuff among their friends/staff/colleagues/family. So it is really vexing to see you guys complaining about battery on xda. Instead you can search or experiment with different settings and apps to see whichever works best for you. I agree on some rom there might be some bug which might eat a lot of juice but most of them don't, its all on your part. I'm using this rom and its running just fine.

Hi sir the rom is awesome but the only issues is the video is not played in google youtube instagram etc can you pls check the error

Hello.
I have a question
My phone is a mi a2 uploaded to android pie
I unlock bootloader
But I cannot install TWRP
I read the next article. In yellow appear that there is no TWRP for those that updated to pie.
Can you advise me how can I install your rom?.
I already root but with stock room (stock recovery).

Glad to see Havoc made their way to MI A2..... btw, do we need to follow the 'changing slot' method to flash? flash to B slot and then change to A slot for GAPPS, magisk, etc...?
how can i activate LTE? thank you.
EDIT found it.
Excellent rom , thanks for your hard work

Thanks for you hard work bro.
Congrats
Finally flashed Havoc.. but using following method :
1. Boot into twrp (fastboot boot "path to twrp img")
format data and wipe dalvik system and data on both slots.
Set active slot to B
reboot into bootloader and boot twrp again ( fastboot boot "path to twrp img")
copy ZIPs to device and flash ROM
Set active slot to A
Flash Gapps
Reboot, and wait for booting. It takes ~3 minutes

None pre-installed, use the one you like, I recommend MJL Minilux or port of miui cam (works perfectly).
Hi.
Thanks for the ROM. It seems like the LOS I have running in my Pyxis is being abandoned and this looks like the ROM to go with.
Is there any working/not working info for the Mi 9 Lite?
Also, I'm not happy with LOS not being updated anymore, so I would like to know if this ROM will keep getting regular updates in the foreseeable future.
TIA
Does it automatically receive updates

I think that the ROM comes without keyboard. You have to install one.
At least it was like that in previous version

I installed Basic Flame Gapps and I didn't had a KB. I knew there won't be one and had a SwiftKey apk ready in my SD, though.
BTW, I have May 15th build up and running. Had just a single crash when trying to make a phone call, but I've been setting it up, restoring apps and tuning preferences and the phone has been pretty stable so far.
Also, I've scanned my fringerprint several times and it seems like the FOD is a bit dumb, specially straight after booting. Probably it is just a matter of getting a good scan.
Besides, when using LOS people was constanly complaining that they heard lots of echo from their voices when talking to me. They don't complain anymore with this rom.
According to BBS, the phone is not entering in Doze mode. The culprit is a "thermal-engine" related kernel wakelock.
Another thing I noticed is that notification sounds are lost after a while once set up, so when a notification gets in the phone just vibrates and no sound is heard.

Bug with headphones
Hello! I've installed your ROM with Hentai kernel yesterday and found bug. Headphones don't work at all, however they worked in MIUI. Please, look at logcat. Is it kernel specific? How to fix that?

thanks a lot . Another great rom here after months .
Finally it's here thank you
Very cool! ANOTHER kick as$ rom! Thank you!
Before I switch to this... which i really wanna do... i need to know... do you plan on pushing updates and support for this ROM? If it is stable enough maybe get it to become official?
So I flashed it. Loved it. BUT I had a pretty big issue for me. I have to use face unlock because of my job. When I click on "setup face unlock" it brought me to the Bluetooth settings. I tried wiping, reinstalling, and even wiped everything starting from scratch oos. I couldn't get it to work. Every time it showed up, I would click on it and I got brought to the Bluetooth pairing screen. If I go into settings>security> there's no option to setup face unlock either. It's just pin, smart lock, etc. No face unlock
I'am not able to find the face unlock setup and the screen of animation?

Nobody is trying to say it's a catastrophic failure. Just reporting the bug so it can be fixed or removed. I was really excited because I haven't seen many custom ROMs with face unlock. Since it's important for me at my job, it was one of the first things I tried out. I don't think any of us meant any offense.

Hey friend, very bad autobrightness
When I attempt to flash this is fastboot, it return the error, invalid sparse file format at header magic. Anyone have any idea what this means. The error occurs when flashing product and system partitions.
You on fastboot you must boot too fastbootd
On fastboot
Fastboot reboot fastboot (for boot in too fastbootd and Update your Platform tools

Hi. Are slim recents included and opening custom app on long press?
Thank you in advance.
Hi, I am using version 3.8 and I am quite satisfied, thank you for your work. what are the changes in this version compared to the old one? Or what makes it worthwhile to switch, or something that was missing in the old one? there are few posts from users, so few use this version? sorry for my english
Thank you sir for the official release!
Hi, does this Havoc 4 have "OK Google" activation with screen off? I am currently on another ROM and I can only invoke "OK Google" when the screen is on. The phone can be locked or unlocked, doesn't matter, but Google Assistant won't launch if screen is off and the phone is lying around.
Oh yeahhh havoc is here
Lub
1 problem and wishes.
Very nice rom but Always on screen has a brightness problem.
1) Brightness of always on screen(aod) is not changing or it changes only minimum to max levels so it's not visible in many situations.
2) Custom fingerprint icons may be added in customization menu.
3) Performance should be improved especially in chrome it looks a bit laggy.
Thanks for the rom not much bad. It has overall good experience.

Thank you for keeping my favorite rom updated! It's amazing you have a feature to run the hotspot through the VPN connection.
I'm not sure if it was just me, but using global 12.0.5.0 gave me bootloops, but coming from global 12.0.7.0 worked perfectly.
Two very tiny things:
1. Can you create a setting to center the clock on the status bar?
2. Can you vibrate when you swipe back using gesture controls?
Other than that, this rom is perfect!
Hello.
In other version (3.x) I remember that a data formating was advised. Is not necessary now for 4.x? wipe is enough?
I'm asking this because If Iḿ not wrong formatting data also format the internal storage if encrypted, and I like to keep all my data in internal storage.
Can someboy to confirm this?
Thanks
