The guy had the same problem. In the forum the guy tried to downgrade to android 6 to get bootloader unlock i think. There may be a way to get oem unlock by android 6 emui I think. Maybe you could find a way to downgrade to android 6 using dload. Try to downgrade to android 6 using dload and then the oem unlock option should be available.
Then when you installed android 6 twrp, you could use hurupdater (https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/tool-hurupdater-0-4-flash-official-firmware-in-recovery.3769279/) to update to android 7 without losing bootloader unlock

Help with DC pheonix!!

So here's my condition- (FRD-L02C675)
no google services and huawei apps
bootloader-locked
FRP-locked
dload-doens't works(idk why)
factory reset by any method does nothing
OEM unlock- Greyed out
Can't use DC unlocker because can't access the "projectmenu" through dialler hence can't enable manufacturer mode
So I read that DC pheonix can "write firmware in fastboot with bootloader and FRP lock condition"
Can anyone Guide me as to what should I do? I am currently on EMUI 8 and want to downgrade to Android 6.0!

Read the guide in the DC-Unlocker site. it will be sort 3 different methods to unlock/flash firmware and recover your phone.
I used it three times to bring back my phone to life.

It says writing OEMinfo but L02 isn't in the list shown in DC unlocker. Where do I find OEMinfo file for my device? I can add it to DC pheonix then

Problem with FRP lock: OEM unlock greyed out

I have dug myself into a hole when trying to rebrand a Huawei Mate 9
I appear to have unlocked and rooted it but the FRP is locked. This means the OEM unlocking is greyed out and the phone will not accept fastboot oem commands (failed: command not allowed). I cannot therefore load TWRP recovery nor can I recover to factory settings.
I do have an FRP unlock code but this only works if the boot loader is not unlocked and of course I cannot relock it if the phone will not take fastboot commands.
This greying out of the OEM unlocking seems a common problem on the Huawei.
DC-Ulocker which seemed to offer a solution explicitly says it does not work in Android 8 which I have installed
Can anyone advise how to resolve this from this situation?
I was facing same. I used chimera mobile utility tool on my p10 plus. Do some research and try. Its paid but worth and cheap than dc and funky huawei and yes I was on android 8 oreo
Had the same issue on Oreo, I did a recovery via e-recovery and that fixed it.

In Developer Options, try hitting the "Restore defaults" button at the bottom (Can't remember if it exists on Oreo, but does on Pie and that fixed grey out for me)

How to unlock bootloader Nokia 5.1 plus (x5)

I have a Nokia 5.1 plus (x5) devices. It updated on android 10 and I cant turn on OEM unlock to unlock bootloader. Can you guild to me how to unlock bootloader it?
If OEM Unlock option is present but greyed then bootloader might be already unlocked.
If OEM Unlock option isn't present at all then bootloader can't get unlocked.
