App info I think give u the option to turn off mobile data per app
Great work
its smooth and nice, FoD works very nice & responsive can't tell about battery backup for now.
i can't select mobile network manually ... it says couldn't connect . and would be great if there is option to disable sim cards.couldn't find screen-off FoD either. tnx for the rom
Microsoft Corporate Portal doesn't recognize the patch level. Cross checked with a different app and the corresponding method seems to return an empty string, but build props contain the correct patch level. Second screenshot shows what Intune has logged for my device. Anyone experienced the same issue?
edit: found the issue. The last change here altered the build.prop which gets called, when you use the "SECURITY_PATCH" variable to "ro.build.version.real_security_patch". But build.prop only contains "ro.build.version.security_patch". So as a work around you could create a new property with the value "2021-02-05" and then the patch level is visible in settings, aswell.
Network mode not working. (2G/3G/LTE) Only LTE working.
ROM seems nice and stable, great job.
The only thing that I really hate is the "customizaions" menu... it's seriously the most confusing UI I've ever used in my life I mean, sliders that look like buttons? Who had that idea? And for the settings that aren't just "on-off" but can have multiple values, you can't see the list of available options unless you drag your finger across. And the limited space in the "button" often cuts off the setting description. Seriously, what was wrong with the "classic" list of options like the rest of the system menu?
At any rate, the ROM works great and that is what's important, sorry for the rant
Well, i did find something that doesn't seem to work properly actually: the media notifications (the notifications shown by media players like youtube, spotify, etc.). They seem to be using the old (android 10 or earlier) style where they just appear as normal notifications. In android 11 they're supposed to be grouped together near the quick settings, like shown in the attached screenshot.
Can anyone confirm this? Am I just missing a setting somewhere?

The new QS Design makes it difficult to implement A11 media player design, so it has been reverted to the A10 one.

My phone started to freeze again sometimes.
1) I made a clean flash with Miflash to 12.0.7.0 Global rom via fastboot
2) Installed TWRP 3.5.0.0-9 official via TWRP site
3) Installed latest DotOS 5.0 and format data
4) Installed latest Magisk and manager
@Hack64
I need help.
Thanks

This ROM is very good ROM except some minor issues.
a) System UI crashes when I connect bluetooth device.
b) Sometimes its takes few seconds to unlock from ambient display & D2W not so responsive.
c) This rom draining little bit more battery comparing Android 10 ROMs. But, It has good battery backup comparing other Android 11 roms available now.
Update

About Project:
Citrus-CAF, unlike the name suggests, was initially based off CyanogenMod, in the early days of Marshmallow, we even had another name at that point. Later, taking into consideration feedbacks of the very first slew of testers and carefully studying the needs and demands of our users, we rebased the project to Code Aurora Sources, more commonly known as CAF. Time went by and Nougat released, and we decided that it was time, Citrus-CAF had to see the daylight. We rebased everything to the brank spanking Nougat released. Later we realized the true potential of CAF tags, how each of them altered the device performance on different SOCs. After a lot of thinking, we decided to keep different sources for difference SOCs in our git and hours of debugging later, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 was the first device to get a taste of our Tangy Nougat. In the beginning, it was just two people behind , but in time, a lot of people joined us, as each giving their own contibutions.
Citrus-CAF was built to create an amazing combination of customization, performance and most of the demanded features by our users, whereas we've Cardinal, to deliver minimal customizations, but the greatest stability!
Meanwhile, all of our Tangy sources are publicly available on our Github. We also do own a Google+ Community, where you can.... uhm... you know, do what all others do at forums and communities! (Just kidding, we got builds over there and a feature-wish bucket too ) Hope you enjoy your stay and taste the Tanginess of our work!
Out of lemon, with love!
NOTE: There's nothing like, "we've decided to keep the customizations minimum, so as to provide stock AOSP experience, but with necessary features", cause this isn't Cardinal. This is Citrus

instaled the rom, very fast and stable. Just a few bugs. Sometimes Settings won't open or take too long. Some apps like quickpick(pre cheetah) FC. Excelent battery life and great work overall!

That happens with all roms based on CAF.
By the way, is it possible to have a version for Peregrine?

If I had to choose a nougat rom for this cell phone, it would be this one. It is the only one that stays fluid. Is this rom going to be updated to 7.1.2?

Thanks dev ..it has been a best and beast rom for mido devices.. we hope it'll get updates.with your hardwork and interest thanks again dev
It's only 4 hours that AOSiP it's back on my mido...
But it's AWESOME! Everything works well out of the box and my Migrate backup was able to restore all the permissions without problems (with crDroid and XenonHd I was forced to wipe cache of some apps to make them properly work).
Fast and smooth, the right amount of customization...
I absolutely LOVE IT!
Thank you dev. Hope the support will be long term...

Bug Reporting
DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.
Current Bugs - Nothing at the moment. You tell us if encounter any issues through the bug report.

Thanks tour excellent rom this rom give me best battery life
Perfection
Hi,
My opinion regarding "DerpFest-10-Official-raphael-20200821.zip" paired with vendor "V12.0.2.0 for India":
Battery life with this ROM is good, overnight drain is 1 or 2 percent
The battery life is consistent, I mean mostly around 11 + hr
Screen doesn't flicker when I unlock with fingerprint
No weird bugs, rock solid stable ROM
I like the Derp Clear primary color very much
Jio Volte and Wifi calling etc. working fine for me
I use the Ticker option instead of Heads Up because lack of proper Gaming mode here.
Notification count in status bar is also one of my favorite features I wish other roms also has this.
Double tap to wake works perfectly (I was having issues in other ROMs)
MIUI Cam and Gcam works flawlessly
Gaming is good, phone stays cool (I play smooth+ultra)
Thanks :good:
Excellent, solid stable ROM with a lot customizations and great battery life. Good job sir. Thank you.

I have a few questions..
Is there app locker functionality?
Hardware keys working?
Vibration motor strength adjustable?
Default camera app?
Any audio enhancements added like (Dolby App)?

Fingerprint not working for me, during and after setup.. any fix? I tried restarting phone after the setup process, still not detecting. I did a fresh clean install by the way.

Looks interesting, going to try this. Will update a review in some time.
Wow. This ROM is BEAUTIFUL! I never thought that a stock UI could look this clean. It needs a few more features like being able to customize hardware keys, wake device using volume buttons, but before I get greedy and start begging, I must say, this is genuinely impressive!
FP isn't working on Goodix version. Please Fix!!
The ROM is good and very beautiful, pleasingly tender.
If you can live without some perks like hardware backlight ... can't say about Goodix ... it's ok.
Battery seems to drain ok - 10 hours, 8 of which in battery saver - it dropped with 3% ... The only better result I've seen is on a ROM which is not mentioned here or I did not find it - MKK9.0.
One major drawback is the incall volume ... unberabaly loud and cannot be lowered further.
Will keep the version as a last harbour options. Will look for next versions.
Thumbs up for now.
Installed via latest TWRP (3.5.0_9-0). Installation went without any problem.
ROM is smooth.
Finger print not working as in cannot register fingerprints in security. Mobile wakes on keeping finger on the sensor though.
Also mobile hotspot not working. Mobile hotspot turns off within a few seconds automatically. When phone is rebooted, mobile hotpot indicator becomes stable but connection to PC cannot be established. After a few tries, mobile hotspot starts throwing tantrums again by turning off automatically.
No App Locker inbuilt. No MIUI like call recorder function. Both features desirable.
Hey guys, i found a temporary working fix for goodix fingerprint issues with this ROM.
Steps :
Open up Bluetooth, and connect any device for a moment and disconnect it.
Your fingerprint should work now, till next reboot..
You have to repeat the mentioned method over again if you reboot the device. Meh..
Hit like, if it helps..
Thanks!!

Same for me.Some it works sometimes it doesn't.
Hi! I'm having trouble booting this ROM. I tried PE11 before but same issue. Installed latest orangefox, formatted data, then wiped everything. After a reboot installed latest ROM and rebooted phone. When the OS appears it instantly crashes, the screen freezes and then reboots. From this point onward the OS doesn't boot anymore.
Any ideas?

Thank you for your work. The ROM looks really great at first sight!
Unfortunately, however, I have already found the first bug. Every time I connect the device to the PC via USB to transfer files, it either ends up in Qualcomm CrashDump Mode or restarts. By the way, it doesn't matter if USB debugging is enabled!

I will fix it with next update. A few others also reported the same. Though I don't face the issue with or without adb.
Any luck on verizon?
can anyone please explain to me why AOSP roms have lower brightness and volume than OOS?
I confirm that this rom works with Verizon. My experience is good so far.

Well, it's very simple why so:
For the Brightness: i'll be honest, i didn't see that much difference from Oxygen OS because, well, my Brightness Is 25% or less for the entire day, but i do think that might be a Rom particular implementation...
For The Volume: this Is a simple answer, this Is because custom roms don't have Dolby Atmos and this causes the volume of the device to be lower and muffled in custom roms (to fix this you can flash the Dolby Atmos R magisk module (It has an official GitHub Page "Ryuki") and you Will have a volume Like the Oxygen OS One (maybe a Little higher, aaaand more than that you Will even have the Razer EQ!). The only problem of that mod Is that It disguises your Phone as a Razer Phone 2 but (apart maybe the Google Assistant 2.0, if you have It...) doesn't break any Google / Pixel features!

Hi, I am yet to try your rom, but look forward to. - By pure curosity, which build enviroment do you use? - Docker, or directly on ubuntu?
